The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the East Ridge Police Department.
May 01 – Day Shift
5401 Connell St (Theft 21-005979):
Complainant reported her red 24” Quest mountain bike was stolen between 2200 hours on 4/30/21 and 0900 hours on 5/1/2021.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (dog in car):
Owner was able to secure the dog he left in the car and agreed to take the dog to a family members house for the welfare of the dog.
1000 Bass Pro Drive (unconscious person):
Unknown caller stated there was an unconscious party in the parking lot. Upon arrival the person was gone.
201 Eads St (follow up):
Complainant presented police with video evidence of a vandalism along with potential suspect names. The suspects are juveniles and police will follow up for further information.
1417 Mack Smith Rd –
Anthony Leone was arrested for assaulting a woman in the hallway of the East Ridge Retirement Center.

May 01 – Night Shift
21-006015 802 Mchann Drive / Noise Complaint:
Police arrived on the scene and located multiple dogs in the front yard of the residence, continuously barking. Police were unable to make contact with the residents of the address for them to bring the animals inside. The animals were moving in and out of the home through a dog door, and police observed food and water for the animals in the yard and the animals did not appear to be in distress. Report on file and forwarded to animal services.
941 Spring Creek Road – Narcotics Violation – 21-005993 –
A female subject called police from the Parkridge East ER to report that she was given illicit narcotics by an acquaintance of hers without her knowledge. ER staff advised police that the female tested negative for the presence of any illicit drugs. Report on file.
631 Camp Jordan Dr (21-005996)/Fight:
Police were dispatched to this location to a fight between multiple parties. Upon arrival, police spoke with the owner and manager of Jonathan’s Grille to review security camera footage. Police observed one white male party appear to stab another. All parties left the scene prior to police arrival.
6519 Ringgold Rd (21-006012)/Traffic stop:
Police observed a vehicle being driven west on the 6600 block of Ringgold Rd. Police observed the driver not wearing a seatbelt at the time. During a traffic stop at this location, Qudarius Smith was arrested for warrants out of Hamilton County.
6700 Ringgold Rd (21-006019)/Traffic stop:
Police made a traffic stop at this location. All three females, Farryn Sivley, Alix Duke, and Jessica Goldsmith, were arrested on multiple charges. Charges included DUI, possession of meth for resale, possession of Oxycontin for resale, drug paraphernalia, and simple possession.

May 02 – Day Shift
21-006022 – 4222 Ringgold Rd – Disorder –
Corey Lepard and Angela Burnette were involved in a verbal disorder outside of the Speedway. Burnette was found to have an active warrant through Sequatchie County and was taken into custody. Burnette was also cited for Drug Paraphernalia found in her purse. Burnette was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
State Line Road –
ERPD assisted Catoosa County in the investigation of a fight between four individuals in the intersection of State Line Road and Page Road. All parties fled the scene prior to police arrival; however, the individuals were later identified by Catoosa County and ERPD. The key suspect in the altercation is Michael A. Green of a Bennett Road address. Catoosa County will have pending warrants. ERPD located Green at 1745 at his residence on Bennett Road. Green had apparent injuries and EMS responded to the location. Green was then transported to a local hospital for further medical attention. Catoosa County was notified of Green’s status and location.

May 02 – Night Shift
21-006048 – 6700 Ringgold Road – DUI:
Cody Seal was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop at this location.
21-006056 – 300 Camp Jordan Parkway – Arrest:
Neftali Juarez Ramirez was taken into custody for driving on revoked for DUI during a traffic stop at this location. He was additionally issued citations for speeding, failure to exercise due care, and light law violation.
