April 22– Day Shift
21-005513- 1473 Mack Smith Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk at this location. On arrival the person had already left the area.
21-005525- 482 McBrien Road (At Home Store)- Commercial Fire-
Fire and police responded to a report of a fire at the business. On arrival it was found the fire was behind the business in a vacant lot on Anderson Avenue. On arrival there, it was found the property owner was in possession of a burn permit. Fire allowed him to continue his activities.

5517 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Violation Order of Protection:
During a traffic stop at this location Eric Finley was arrested for violating an order of protection. The passenger was the protected party of the order. 21-005550

April 23 – Day Shift
3200 Old Ringgold Road (overdose):
Police responded to this location after the driver of a vehicle reported his passenger was unresponsive. Police stood by while ERFD administered Narcan to the patient, who later admitted to taking approximately one quarter of a light-blue, small pill she claimed was pressed Fentanyl. The person was transported to Parkridge East Hospital for treatment. An overdose report was also submitted. (21-005584)
1038 S. Seminole Drive (auto theft recovery):
The Subaru Forester stolen from this address earlier in the week was recovered by CPD in the downtown Chattanooga area. The victim’s Apple computer, which was initially reported as stolen, was later found among the items recovered in the wooded area on the morning of the burglary. (21-005358)
1410 Mack Smith Road (disorder):
Area guests at the Budgetel called police about a loud disorder coming from Room 2220. Police made contact with the occupants of the room who stated it was verbal only. (21-005389)

April 23 – Night Shift
1600 Springvale Rd (Assault 21-005597):
A woman stated her boyfriend, Cody Hale, had assaulted her at their homeless camp in a wooded area on Springvale Rd. Hale was taken into custody for domestic assault.
1410 Mack Smith (Intoxicated Party 21-005598):
Police responded to reports of an extremely intoxicated female. Officers made contact with Cosha Young. Young was too impaired to be taken into custody. She was transported to Parkridge East Hospital for treatment. She was issued a misdemeanor citation for public intoxication.
1500 Altamaha St (Arrest 21-005616):
Martin Cofer was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
6700 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-005619):
Jennifer Brattton was detained on Collegedale warrants during a traffic stop. Bratton’s companion for the evening, Robert Olskey, was taken into custody for violating an order of protection by being with Bratton. Olskey also had active warrants through Collegedale.
3100 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-005621):
Police observed a Ford Taurus in the 3100 block of Ringgold Rd. The vehicle was confirmed as a stolen car. Police attempted to stop the vehicle as it exited the tunnel into Chattanooga. The vehicle accelerated through the roundabout onto 29th St and immediately struck a guardrail and came to rest between a fence and tree. William Henderson was taken into custody for DUI, possession of a stolen vehicle and driving without a license. Henderson also had multiple warrants through Hamilton County.
