April 15– Day Shift
4339 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location which resulted in Rachell Osborn being arrested for driving while revoked for DUI. (21-005110)
5700 Roper Street (vandalism):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a vehicle that was vandalized overnight with slashed tires and keyed paint. The complainant stated he had filed a police report the night before concerning a theft. In a very short time after police left the scene, The complainant’s windshield was smashed. (21-005139)
517 Frawley Road (theft):
A representative of the LK Grant Co. LLC reported the overnight theft of their orange 2016 Kubota SVL75-2 skid steer. The machine has aftermarket eighteen-inch tracks. It was entered into NCIC. (21-005117)

April 15 –Night Shift
6503 Burr St (Delayed Burglary 21-005156):
The reporting party stated she had recently purchased her home and believed a former owner had burglarized the residence. Report on file.
3602 MIssionaire Ave (DUI 21-005160):
James Waters was taken into custody for DUI after crashing his vehicle into a wooded lot at this location.
100 I75 S (Assist Other Agency 21-005167):
ERPD assisted THP with stopping a stolen vehicle and apprehending suspects.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 21-005166):
Wesley Norwood was booked on East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
5700 Roper St (Arrest 21-005150):
Matthew Colson and Michael Wess were arrested for domestic assaults against each other.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 21-004869):
Gregory Caputo was booked on East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.

April 16 – Day Shift
21-005180- 6408 Ringgold Road (Dunkin Donuts)- AOA/Vehicle Fire-
Police responded with Fire on a vehicle fire in the parking lot of the business. Once on scene the fire was extinguished.
21-005104- 3423 Shadowlawn Drive- Auto Theft-
The caller advised sometime during the night an unknown suspect stole his blue Ford F-150 Super Crew pickup. The victim stated his neighbor captured video surveillance of an unknown person kneeling by the vehicle around 2347 hours on 4-15-21. There is no other suspect info. Vehicle was entered in NCIC.
21-005187- 4014 Bennett Road- Theft from Vehicle-
The caller advised sometime between 4-14 and 4-15 an unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from his 2006 Chevy pickup. The victim advised he did not realize the theft occurred until this date when he attempted to drive the vehicle, however when he showed up to work on 4-15 he observed the garbage can had been moved from its location to near the fence. The victim advised nothing showed on this surveillance cameras.
21-005188- 3715 Ringgold Road (Food City)- Disorder-
The caller advised a black male was causing a disorder in the business. On arrival the male had already left the property. He was located at the Cascade Motel. Police identified the male as Richard Smith and issued him a criminal trespass warning.
21-005189- 1212 South Seminole Drive (Freedom Church)- Theft from Vehicle-
On arrival police spoke with a woman who stated sometime between the evening of 4/11/21 and 4/16/21 around 1300 hours the catalytic converter was stolen from the church van on the lot. There was no suspect info.

6800 Ringgold Road / Evading:
Police attempted to stop a black four door sedan unknown tag, the vehicle did not stop and continued at a high rate of speed into Georgia.
5700 Roper St / Arrest:
Travis Allen was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of East Ridge for theft. (20-001748)
6514 Ringgold Road / Stolen Tag Recovery/Drugs For Resale:
Police recovered a stolen tag out of East Ridge on a traffic stop at this location. During a search of the vehicle, Jerry Shirley was arrested for meth and marijuana for resale. (21-005228)
1304 Pleasant St / Residential Fire:
Police responded to assist FD in reference to a residential fire. Police arrived and attempted to ensure there was no one inside the residence. ERFD responded and extinguished the fire. (21-005234)
1417 St Thomas St / Disorder:
Police responded to a disorder between a male and a female at the Motel 6 for the second time during the shift. Police arrived and could hear an active verbal disorder inside the motel room. Police determined the disorder to be strictly verbal in nature. Motel staff wished for the male and female to leave and they did so. (21-005235)
