The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
April 14 Day Shift
1417 St Thomas Street (trespassing):
Motel 6 staff called concerning a man and woman living in their car in the back parking lot for the last two days. Officers made contact with Stephen H. and Misty H. in the car. The man said the car’s key was broke and was waiting to find someone to repair it. Police assisted by pushing the car off the lot and into the parking lot of the next door gas station. (21-005051)
6721 Ringgold Road (illegal dumping):
Staff at the Family Dollar discovered miscellaneous trash in their dumpster which did not come from their store. Police located the subject responsible who returned to the Family Dollar and removed his garbage. (21-005068)
4214 Ringgold Road (complaint):
An area school bus driver complained about cars not stopping for buses in East Ridge and has requested police follow the buses on their routes. (no number assigned)
4153 East Ridge Drive (AOA):
Police were dispatched to this location to assist ERFD with advising the residents they could no longer burn garbage in their backyard. (21-005057)

Night Shift
2103 Wrenn Rd (Arrests 21-005086):
Patrick Lawrence was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and evading arrest. Steven Addison was taken into custody on Hamilton County warrants.
4338 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity 21-005090):
The reporting party stated there were several males at Food Lion propositioning females. Parties were gone when police arrived.
3600 Old Ringgold Rd (AOA Arrest 21-005091):
Codie Smolik was detained on warrants out of Nashville. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1417 ST Thomas St (Disorder 21-005092):
Police responded to an active disorder at the Motel 6. Once on scene officers observed Joshua Moses standing on top of an SUV yelling. He was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
5080 S Terrace (Suspicious Activity 21-005094):
Staff at AMC Theater requested to see police regarding someone sleeping around their dumpster. There was personal property left on site.
6000 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-005096):
Perry Kearse was taken into custody for resisting arrest, evading on foot, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl and possession of MDMA. Kearse ran from officers during a traffic stop. He was tased and apprehended after a short foot pursuit.
3133 Bimini Place (Arrest 21-005097):
Mynar Perez Lopez was taken into custody for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
900 Spring Creek Rd (Assist Fire 21-005098):
Police responded with fire to a large brush fire in the woods near S Terrace. Most of the fire was in Chattanooga. The blaze started at a homeless camp.
3327 Frawley St (Stolen Vehicle 21-005104):
Police responded to this address on report of a stolen vehicle. The victim stated she had rented a white Dodge Ram truck and it had been stolen from her residence.
5501 Ringgold Rd (AOA Arrest 21-005106):
Officers observed Justin McBride prowling about the Clayton Home’s lot. McBride was found to have multiple warrants through Hamilton County and Red Bank. He was transported to the jail on the warrants.
