5816 Ringgold Road (auto recovery):
U-Haul contacted police to advise their missing 15’ box truck reported missing in February had been returned in early April. (21-001950)

Night Shift
3406 Gail Dr(Assist Fire 21-004630):
Police responded with the fire department on a vehicle fire.
800 block S Seminole (Overdose 21-004635):
Officers responded to a drug overdose with Fire and EMS. Family members stated they believed the subject had overdosed on fentanyl and barricaded himself in his room. Police and Fire forced entry into the room and found the subject curled up in the fetal position. They awakened him and transported him to the hospital.
4807 Fike Dr (Animal Call 21-004640):
The reporting party stated a dog was on her porch and it wasn’t acting “right.” They believed the dog was sick or injured. Animal services responded to care for the dog.
1417 St Thomas St (Intoxicated Party 21-004639):
Officers responded to reports of an intoxicated male who may be suicidal. Police made contact with the party and he stated he did not wish to harm himself. Officers made a return trip shortly after leaving because the party continued texting comments about suicide to family members. He was transported to Parkridge East for evaluation.
4338 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-004642):
Timothy Smith was taken into custody during a traffic stop for giving fraudulent identification information to officers.
6725 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Vehicle 21-004643):
The management of Family Dollar requested police check a vehicle parked behind their building at the dumpster. Officers located Terrell B. asleep in the car. He was awakened and encouraged to move along.
3224 Navajo Dr (Arrest 21-004644):
While investigating a suspicious vehicle on the property of the Unitarian Universalist Church police encountered Craig Sanborn and Rebecca Headrick. The vehicle was found to be stolen. Headrick claimed ownership of the vehicle and was taken into custody for possession of a stolen vehicle. Sanborn was charged with criminal impersonation and he was found to have active Hamilton County warrants.
6600 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant 21-004645):
Kenneth Newsome was detained on Hamilton County warrants and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1500 Springvale (Suspicious Vehicle/Fail to Stop 21-004649):
Officers observed a silver Kia Soul committing multiple traffic violations on Springvale Road and Clemons Road eventually making its way to Altamaha where police initiated a traffic stop. The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was last seen traveling on Moore Road crossing into Chattanooga.
4100 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-004655):
Majestic Mitchell was taken into custody after encountering police while walking on Ringgold Road in a highly impaired state. Mitchell admitted to officers she had taken a myriad of narcotics over the course of the evening to include marijuana and ecstasy. Mitchell was also found to have extraditable warrants through Dekalb County AL for narcotics.
100 I 75N Welcome Center (Suspicious Person 21-004646):
James Parton was taken into custody for public intoxication after officers were summoned to the welcome center because of his erratic behavior.
1417 St Thomas St (Misdemeanor Citation 21-004650):
Justin Owens was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession following a consensual contact at the Motel 6.
6500 Ringgold Rd (AOA Arrest 21-004656):
Mitzi McDowell was detained on Hamilton County warrants and transported to the jail following a traffic stop.
