March 13 – Day Shift
6725 Ringgold Road (disorder):
Police were dispatched to the Chattanooga Mercantile regarding a homeless male refusing to leave. Police met with Chad Siskind who was instructed to leave. Mr. Siskind has a non-extraditable warrant out of Missouri and is to be considered armed and dangerous. (21-003352)
1100 block Spring Creek Road (drug overdose):
Police were dispatched to an unconscious male party lying on the ground with a needle protruding from his arm. Police arrived on scene an administered Narcan. EMS arrived and transported the man to an area hospital. (21-003355)

March 13 – Night Shift
941 Spring Creek Rd/ Sex offense (21-003378):
Police took a report of a pregnant thirteen-year-old child who was brought into the Emergency room. Report on file.
3635 Ringgold Rd/ D.U.I (21-003391):
Police arrested Derrance Freeman for Driving Under the influence, 3rd offense following a traffic stop.
3500 Ringgold Rd / Traffic Stop (21-003382):
Officers conducted a traffic stop for a light law violation in the 3500 block of Ringgold Road. Officers made contact with the driver, Cameron Shepherd, who had warrants out of Georgia. Shepherd fled from police on foot northbound across Ringgold Road, where officers lost visual on Old Ringgold Road. The passenger, Chloe Shropshire, fled in the suspect vehicle. Warrants will be sought for Misdemeanor Evading and Light Law Violation for Shepherd. Warrants will also be sought for Shropshire for Resisting Stop, Halt, Frisk or Search, and Driving on Suspended.
4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service 21-003385 – An East Ridge warrant was served on Scott Daugherty for Petition to Revoke from an original drug possession charge.
100 block Bales Ave – DUI 21-003389 –
Willie Cox was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop.

March 14 – Day Shift
40 Waheela Drive (auto theft):
The complainant reported the theft of his dark green 1991 Ford Ranger with an aluminum camper top (bearing TN Tag# 147JSW) from his secluded and gated property sometime between 0800 hrs and 1300 hrs this date. The caller did not have any suspect information, and the vehicle was entered into NCIC. (21-003413).
5700 Roper Street (AOA):
East Ridge Police responded to this area regarding an unknown white male, named Tyler or Harley, who pointed a handgun at a woman and her child in Catoosa County before walking away from the scene. ERPD assisted with a search of the immediate area until CCSO deputies halted the search. The suspect was last seen wearing a bright purple shirt and black pants. (21-003425)

3100 US41 (Tunnels):
Many tractor trailers and large RVs attempted to cross through the tunnels, without success, due to a traffic crash which shut down I24 W for hours

Mitchell Bowman arrested for Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest

William Hickman arrested for Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest and Simple Possession
21-003438 950 Spring Creek Rd:
RP called in stating a white male with blonde hair was shining flashlights into vehicles. Suspect was gone prior to police arrival.
