The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” furnished by the administration of the East Ridge Police Department.
March 10 Day Shift
21-003204- 639 Camp Jordan Parkway- Broken Down Vehicle-
The caller advised of a disabled vehicle in the turn lane close to Chick Fil A. On arrival police assisted the vehicle from the roadway.
3209- 1402 Saint Thomas Street- AOA/Residential Fire-
Police responded with Fire and assisted with the call.
21-003211- 6650 Ringgold Road (La Quinta Inn)- Disorder-
The caller advised a man was causing a disorder at the front desk. On arrival the man had already left the business.
21-003212- 5301 Ringgold Road (Walgreens)- Counterfeit Money-
The caller advised the business took in two counterfeit bills (50-dollar bills) and needed to turn them over to police. On arrival police collected the bills and put them in property and evidence. The suspect is a white male wearing sunglasses and a black mask.
21-003214- 1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Wellbeing Check-
The caller requested police check this motel or possibly the Motel 6 for a five-year-old female and her mother. The caller from a school advises the child has not been there in about four to five days. Police checked the Budgetel and were advised the mother and child were not registered there. Police also checked the Motel 6 and found the mother was not registered there either.
21-003215- 4209 Ringgold Road (Jacks)- Suspicious Vehicle/Stolen Vehicle Recovery-
The caller advised a stolen vehicle was pinged in the parking lot of the business. On arrival the vehicle, a maroon 2020 Dodge Charger was found at the rear of the restaurant. It was stolen from the Chattanooga Airport on 3-4-21. CPD responded to the scene to process the vehicle. It was removed from NCIC. This incident is still under investigation.
21-003217- 5300 block Greenbriar Road- Disorder-
The caller advised that her neighbors have been speeding up and down the street. She advised when she attempted to speak with them, they cursed at her. On arrival police spoke with the neighbor and advised him not to speed on the roadway.
21-003620 Ida Bell Lane- Disorder-
The caller advised Wensdy Griffith was standing in front of her residence yelling again. On arrival Griffith had already walked back to her residence. Police spoke with Griffith and advised her not to yell at the caller’s house.

Night Shift
21-003236 – 6296 Marietta Street / Traffic Stop:
Christian Lemons was arrested for driving on suspended following a traffic stop at this location. Four minutes before this traffic stop, Lemons was issued traffic citations for speeding and driving on suspended and told police that he was waiting on a ride before proceeding to drive away in the vehicle after he thought police had left the scene.
21-003225 – 4300 block Bennett Road / Unknown Trouble:
A male subject was criminally trespassed from the property after continually coming into the resident’s driveway and making statements about his children. The male subject is a mental health consumer who recently moved into the area with his mother.
21-003233 529 Benson Drive / AOA Brush Fire:
Police responded to the scene of a brush fire at this location and stood by for traffic control while East Ridge Fire Dept. extinguished the fire.
6300 Ringgold Road/Contributing to a minor (21-003235):
Ethan Brumley was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest during a traffic stop at this location.
1417 St Thomas St/Public Intox/disorderly conduct (21-003238):
Jonathon Diaz was arrested at this location after trying to fight several parties.
