The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
March 9 Day Shift
6642 Ringgold Road (auto theft):
The complainant, who was staying at the Econolodge, stated a female companion stole his 2009 Lexus while he was sleeping. It was entered into NCIC and later found at the Hamilton Inn on Lee Highway. Warrants are pending. (21-003147).
201 Eads Street (property damage):
Dogwood Place Apartments manager requested a police report about possible bullet holes in the wall and ceiling of this particular apartment. A maintenance employee stated the holes had been present for over a month. Management simply wanted a report so the holes could be filled. CID was notified. (21-003152)
1000 Bass Pro Drive (criminal trespass):
A 16-year-old male was criminally trespassed from Bass Pro Shops at the request of management following a failed attempt at shoplifting. (21-003173)
733 Belvoir Avenue (aggravated burglary):
The resident was awakened by the sounds of breaking glass in the downstairs living room. When the resident went downstairs she discovered the intruder had broken several glass tables and had broken out the sliding glass door. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. (21-003145)

Night Shift
3500 block Bennett Rd (Disorder 21-003177):
Dispatch received an unknown 911 call and advised it sounded like a disorder in the background. The call came in on a cell number and officers didn’t locate a good address. Police later received another call giving the address of 3584 Bennett Rd. The parties involved in the disorder left before officers arrived. Officers were then later requested to meet Chattanooga Police at an address in Chattanooga to further investigate a possible domestic assault between juveniles. A report is on file with charges pending in Chattanooga.
3715 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity 21-003181):
Officers made contact with two male parties who had been observed loitering around a vehicle in the Food City parking lot. The vehicle had broken down and they were waiting for a ride.
583 Wando Dr (Suspicious Activity 21-003188):
The caller advised dispatch she could hear strange noises outside her home. Officers arrived and did not locate anything.
6514 Ringgold Rd (21-0003187):
The caller advised dispatch there was a female in the Mapco who was possibly intoxicated stating she couldn’t breathe. The female was transported by EMS to Parkridge Hospital.
6700 Ringgold Rd (Arrests 21-003191):
Brittnie Holloway was taken into custody for possession of heroin, possession of methadone and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop. The driver, Peter Freese, was issued traffic citations and a misdemeanor citation for driving while suspended.
6650 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 21-003193):
A caller at the La Quinta Inn reported a male who was loud and disturbing guests. Police arrived and spoke with a man who stated he was upset because a female, who had been in his company earlier in the evening, had taken a large sum of money from his wallet. Warrants for theft are pending against the female subject.
3600 block Ida Bell Ln (Mental Health 21-003198):
The female subject at this address once again called police to her residence claiming she was seeing wild animals in her yard. This is an ongoing issue with this resident.
520 Wanda Dr (Suspicious Vehicle/DUI 21-003194):
Police responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle in the roadway. Officers arrived and located a red Chevrolet parked in the roadway occupied by an unconscious female. Officers awakened a very impaired Courtny Abercrombie. Abercrombie was taken into custody for DUI, possession of MDMA and simple possession of marijuana.
4100 Ringgold Rd (Misdemeanor Citation 21-003199):
Faith Beasley was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession of marijuana during a traffic stop.
