The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
March 04 –Day Shift
932 Spring Creek Rd/Indecent Exposure:
Homeless individual was observed urinating on the side of the Eye Center. Subject then sat on a bench and ate a bag of chips before wandering into Chattanooga. Subject is a B/M, short, medium build and a beard. The subject was wearing a dark blue sweater and sweat pants. Will contact police again if they see him in the area so he can be trespassed. 305 Lynncrest Dr (suspicious activity):
A neighbor reported observing a white van parked in the rear driveway of the residence. The caller found this suspicious due to a recent burglary at the residence. On arrival, police contacted two construction crew members who advised they were building a deck for the owner. The owner arrived on scene and confirmed this information.
5406 CLEMONS ROAD (FTA/ALIAS CAPIAS/VIOLATIONS OF CONDITIONS) 21-002913/21-002921:
Police arrived at this location in an attempt to make contact with James Ahlquist. Officers attempted to make contact with Ahlquist via phone calls and knocks on the door. Police came into contact with the landlord of the property who lived just down the street. The landlord advised police that Ahlquist was in the home and that he had just seen him outside. After multiple phone calls and attempts to communicate, S.W.A.T was activated, S.W.A.T then made entry into the house. S.W.A.T came in contact with Ahlquist and took him into custody. Ahlquist was wanted for failure to appear on an aggravated domestic assault and new charge of violations of conditions of release. Ahlquist was transported to the Hamilton County Jail to be booked and processed.

March 04 –Night Shift
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Disorder 21-002931):
The reporting party stated she was being threatened by parties on site at the Budgetel. Officers assisted motel staff with resolving an issue barring the complainant from collecting her property and leaving.
911 Altamaha St (21-002936):
Police responded to reports of a single vehicle crash where the vehicle struck a utility pole causing major damage to the pole and vehicle. The driver of the vehicle fled prior to police arriving. Police have potentially identified the driver and warrants are pending.
6708 Ringgold Rd (Citizen 21-002938):
The reporting party asked that police accompany her to retrieve property stolen from her business earlier on this date. During the exchange Leslie Blansit was taken into custody for possession of a stolen Ipad
4200 Covington Dr (Arrest 21-002940):
Jerry Matthews was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence after he was stopped for traffic violations on a bicycle.

21-002947- 1100 blk of Chippewah Drive- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised she observed a male standing by a gold vehicle and getting inside. On arrival the male had already left.
21-002952- 6215 Dayton Boulevard (Probation and Paroles)- Warrant Service-
Charles Robertson was detained and transported to 601 on East Ridge warrants.
No number assigned- 800 Donaldson Road- Noise Complaint-
The anonymous caller advised of loud music coming from this address. On arrival police located a construction crew and advised them to turn down their music.
21-002953- 1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a blonde female was running around the motel knocking on doors and removing her clothing. On arrival the clothed female was located and identified as Josie D. She was checked for warrants and sent on her way.
21-002955- 6239 Highway 58 (Circle K)- Warrant Service-
Tyler Johns was detained and transported to 601 on East Ridge warrants.
21-002960- 1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- AOA-
Police responded with Fire on a suspected gas leak. On arrival police stood by while Fire handled the call.
21-002963- 5707 Ringgold Road (Dollar General)- Unconscious Person-
The caller advised of a male passed out in a black Chevy Blazer in the parking lot. Per dispatch the male left the lot just before police arrival.
21-002964- 6514 Ringgold Road (Mapco)- AOA Warrant Service-
Dustin Phelps was detained and transported to 601 on Hamilton County warrants following a traffic stop. This will be related to the medical call at 5707 Ringgold Road.

March 05 – Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (21-001788 Warrant Service):
Police served an arrest warrant (#147487) for domestic assault on Mark Alan Harden. Mr. Harden was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
21-002976 4218 Ealy Road / Found Property:
Police responded to this address and spoke with the resident, who told police at approximately 1615 hours a male stopped at her home and left a black bicycle against her fence before leaving the scene in a blue Nissan sedan. The bicycle was placed into property and evidence at the East Ridge Police Department as Found Property.
21-002981(THP #221009425 / CCSO #SOP21030090) I75N 0.2 / Vehicle Pursuit / Accident with Injuries:
Catoosa County Pursued a suspected DUI, Hwy 41 into East Ridge. Officers discontinued the pursuit in the 6700 block. Shortly after the pursuit was cancelled, the suspect entered I-75 northbound traffic as a wrong-way driver traveling southbound in the northbound lane. At this time, the driver was causing significant risk to oncoming drivers. We attempted to stop the vehicle and pursued onto I-75. Once on the interstate, the driver turned back north and struck the rear of another vehicle. No injuries were sustained to anyone in the victim’s vehicle. Minor injuries are reported for the suspect. THP was requested to work the 413.
6700 Ringgold Road/Drug para(21-002991):
Elizabeth Major was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for drug paraphernalia during a consensual encounter at this location.
