March 2 Day Shift
21-002796- 3936 Ringgold Road (Save A Lot)- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. On arrival police spoke to an employee. The alarm was accidental.
Transport-
Michael Penley was transported from Silverdale to the Hamilton County jail on East Ridge warrants.
21-002797- 3714 Ringgold Road (Dollar Plus World)- Alarm-
Police responded a second time to check the business. On arrival it appeared to be secure.
No number assigned- 3714 Ringgold Road (Dollar Plus World)- Alarm-
Police responded for a third time to check the business. On arrival it appeared to be secure. Once the business opened for the day police were able to advise them of their malfunctioning alarm.
21-002807- Clemons Road @ Maxwell Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a white male in the roadway tossing his bicycle and acting suspicious. On arrival police contacted the man. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
No number assigned- 6700 blk of Ringgold Road (Creek Bridge)- AOA-
Police were dispatched with Fire on a smoke investigation in the area of the bridge. On arrival police stood by while Fire handled the call.
12-002812- 3901 Ringgold Road (Kingwood Auto Sales)- Theft-
The complainant called to report the theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle at the business. He advised sometime between 2-27 and 3-2 an unknown suspect removed the converter. There is currently no other information available.
21-002816- 1417 Saint Thomas Street #130 (Motel 6)- Disorder-
The caller advised a couple in room 130 were fighting. On arrival contact was made with the room occupants. The fight was determined to be a verbal argument.
21-002818- 4030 Dellway Circle- AOA Warrant Service-
Police assisted the Catoosa County Sherriff’s Office in apprehending Jasmine Grisham at her residence on Dellway Circle. Grisham had an active arrest warrant through Catoosa County, Georgia for Burglary – 1st Degree. Grisham was taken into custody in her home. She was then transported to the Hamilton County Jail to await extradition.
21-002819- 5346 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a white male sleeping next to the building. On arrival officers checked the area but the unknown male had already left.
21-002821- 6404 Ringgold Road (Burger King)- Disorder-
The complainant called to report the business manager was being rude and refusing to give him a refund. On arrival the caller was advised police could not force the business to provide a refund. He was also advised to file a complaint with Burger King corporate office.
21-002823- Ringgold Road @ McBrien Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a black male in a blue hoodie walking in and out of traffic. The caller felt he may be intoxicated. On arrival police checked the area but did not locate anyone fitting the description given by the caller.
21-002824- 5395 Reneau Way- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a white male in a blue jacket walking the neighborhood putting out flyers. The caller also advised the male was seen looking into and entering houses. On arrival police encountered Jacob R. He advised he was attempting to proselytize the neighborhood and bring them closer to the Lord. He was asked to move along.

Night Shift
21-002832 – 1503 McDonald Road / Unknown Trouble:
RP called police and stated that his fiancé was in room 112 possibly involved in a disorder with multiple other people that she wanted out of her hotel room. Police made contact with Melissa Hughes, Lyanne Clark, Matthew Vogel, and two other individuals. Hughes who was the owner of the room stated that she wanted all of the other parties to leave due to a disagreement. Hughes gave police consent to search the room. After a search of the room was completed, Hughes was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of legend drugs. She also had a confirmed warrant out of Whitfield County. Clark was taken into custody for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, possession of legend drugs, and possession of schedule V. Matthew Vogel was also transported to the jail on a verified warrant.
21-002825 – 5319 Ringgold Road / Disorder:
Michael Martin was criminally trespassed from the Family Dollar after approaching customers as they were getting out of their cars and asking for money.
21-002827 – 1503 Mcdonald Rd / SIA:
Victor Casaneda was arrested during a consensual encounter at this location for possession of meth, drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation.
21-0028401 – .2 I-75 SB / Traffic Stop:
Amanda Painter was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for simple possession of marijuana.
21-002844 – 5301 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Jasmine Barnett was arrested for DUI at this location during a traffic stop at this location.
