The following information was compiled from East Ridge Police Department “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
March 1 Day Shift
21-002746- 1410 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Disorder/Fraud/Civil-
Police were dispatched to the motel regarding a disorder. On arrival police found the door open to room 124 and could hear a female voice yelling at someone concerning money. Inside the room officers located Tiffany L. and Joshua M.. Tiffany stated she allowed Joshua the use of her debit card the previous evening to order a $17 pizza. Tiffany then stated Joshua refused to pay her back for the pizza and she needed money for gas to get home. The issue was determined to be a civil matter. Joshua walked to a nearby gas station and waited for a ride.
No number assigned- 1417 and 1421 Wright Street- Extra Watch-
Employees with Keller Williams requested an extra watch on the two vacant houses at these addresses. Per their request they are having trouble with trespassing homeless.
21-002748- 520 Sharondale Road- Domestic Disorder-
The caller advised his wife, Rebecca Bird, was hitting him. On arrival police spoke to both parties separately. Bird was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault. She was transported to Parkridge East for medical clearance and then to 601.
21-002754- 201 Eads Street (Dogwood Place)- Delayed Auto Theft-
The caller advised her gray 1999 Toyota Camry TN 4C44G7 was taken by an unknown suspect sometime between 2-25 and 2-28. She advised she was in the hospital during this time. The vehicle was entered in NCIC.
21-002457- 1517 Waterhouse Street- Warrant Service-
Erica Whiddon was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant for aggravated burglary and transported to 601.
21-002763- 6674 Ringgold Road (Rodeway Inn)- Disorder-
The caller advised of a white male and female arguing in room 179. On arrival police spoke with the couple. The argument was found to be verbal only.
21-002766- 3936 Ringgold Road (Save A Lot)- Vehicle Burglary-
The caller advised an unknown suspect entered her vehicle and took cash and medicine. The incident was not captured on video surveillance.

Night Shift
21-002769 – Burglary Attempt – 10 Fountain Cir. Apt. D. –
Police responded to a burglary attempt at this location. Police spoke with the resident who stated that someone attempted to kick in her door while she was at work. Police did observe damage to the door frame consistent with attempted forced entry. The resident stated that no other property is damaged or missing. There is no suspect information at this time.
21-002785 – 941 Spring Creek Rd / Disorder:
Hospital staff called police due to Daniel B. being intoxicated and causing a scene in the parking lot. Police responded and called a taxi to transport Daniel to Motel 6 on Brainerd Road at his request.
21-002770 – 4145 Ringgold Rd / Theft:
The complainant called police to advise that sometime between 2000 hours on 2/28/21 and 0520 on 3/1/21, the catalytic converter was stolen off her 2007 Toyota Prius. There is no suspect information.
21-002754 201 Eads Street / Stolen Vehicle Recovery:
Police located a stolen 1999 Toyota Camry parked at building 4 of 201 Eads Apartments. The vehicle was removed from NCIC at this time. Vehicle owner was notified, and the vehicle remained locked at building 4 by the owner’s request. She had just forgotten where she parked it when she reported it stolen.
21-002780 5080 S Terrace / Suspicious Vehicle:
Police located Robert Owens in a suspicious vehicle with its lights on behind the AMC theater. It was determined that Owens had a valid Violation of Probation warrant for Aggravated Burglary through Hamilton County. Owens was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail with no issue.
6700 Ringgold Road/Possession of Xanax (21-002787):
Brittany Panham was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for possession of Xanax during a suspicious vehicle encounter.
5300 Ringgold Road/Warrant Service (21-002789):
Kyle Light was arrested on an aggravated assault warrant out of Walker County during a traffic stop at this location.
4214 Ringgold Road (21-002784 Warrant Service):
Police served an arrest warrant (#119667) for Forfeiture Capias: Driving on Revoked License for DUI on Traci Renee Zamora. Ms. Zamora is currently in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
