The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
February 18 – Day Shift
941 Spring Creek Road (assault):
A female was brought to Parkridge East Hospital by another police agency for a psychiatric evaluation. During the evaluation she punched a nurse in the face. She was deemed to be of sound mind by the attending physician, was arrested for assault and taken to Hamilton County Jail. (21-002207)
3326 Ringgold Road (theft):
Employee reported the theft of four six-packs of beer from his store yesterday. The security camera showed a black male wearing red sandals flee the store with the alcohol and drive away in a Ranger style pickup truck. (21-002212)

February 18 –Night Shift
3600 Shirl Jo (Disorder 21-002229):
The complainant reported she had been assaulted by Ricky Eaddy during an argument over a vehicle. Eaddy was taken into custody for domestic assault.
6701 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-002235):
Kantrell Tucker was taken into custody during a traffic stop for violating an order of protection.
1460 Mack Smith Rd (Vehicle Burglary 21-002237):
The reporting party stated their vehicle was burglarized while they were eating at Cracker Barrel. The victim stated her car was ransacked and a small amount of change was missing.
323 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Disorder 21-002236):
John Angelo was taken into custody for public intoxication after he was involved in a disorder and refused multiple commands from police to return to his camper.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Domestic Violence 21-002244):
Joshua Thompson was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault after allegedly strangling his girlfriend during an argument.
3300 Gleason Dr (Arrest 21-002245):
Breonna Clark was taken into custody during a traffic stop for driving while suspended and simple possession of marijuana.
3413 B Lisa Dr (Burglary 21-002248):
Police responded to a report of a burglary at this residence. A neighbor heard the resident’s dog barking and loud movement in the apartment. Knowing the resident was not at home she contacted police. Officers made contact with the resident and learned entry had been made through a rear window. It is believed approximately $70 was taken. It appears the burglars were frightened by the large dog in the apartment and a camera.
601 Walnut Ave (Warrant Arrest 21-002250):
Michelle Anderson was arrested on an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail.
5311 Roosevelt Rd (Arrest 21-002254):
Ashley Raines was taken into custody during a traffic stop for DUI.

February 19 – Day Shift
21-002194- 4145 Ringgold Road (Lomenacque Apartments)- Found Property-
A woman called in advising she located a small handgun on her patio. She advised on 2-17-21 police arrested a male hiding there. The handgun was taken and put in property.
21-002261- 3615 Maiden Drive- Suspicious Vehicle-
The caller advised of a small pick-up parked in the roadway in front of his house. On arrival the occupant was found to be working at the neighbor’s house and was taking a break.
21-002263- 4320 Bennett Road (East Ridge High)- AOA/Missing Juvenile-
The caller requested police check the school for a runaway juvenile out of Chattanooga. Police checked with the school and found the juvenile was not there.
21-002267- 1055 Hurst Street- Suspicious Person/Aggravated Burglary/Arrest-
The caller advised a neighbor called him to advise an unknown black male was observed walking around the house at this address. On arrival officers encountered Sheikh Faye at the front door. Per the homeowner Faye was not known to them. Faye was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and vandalism.
21-002270- 1500 blk of Waterhouse Street- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a white male walking in the 1500 block yelling and screaming. As he passed in his vehicle the male struck his vehicle with a shoe. On arrival police located the subject walking on State Line Road. He appeared to be experiencing a mental health event. He at first advised he did not hit the vehicle but then was apologetic. He was transported to his uncle’s residence on Vero Beach Road in Catoosa County. The caller decided not to file a report.

February 19 – Night Shift
21-002301 4000 Ringgold Road/traffic stop:
Sherean Walker was arrested for DUI, Aggravated child endangerment, and light law violation after police observed her driving without headlights activated. Her one year old child was in the backseat of the vehicle.
21-002290 3502 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Jeff McGraw was taken into custody for warrants out of East Ridge and Hamilton County. Police made contact with Mr. McGraw in the parking lot of Ace Hardware.
1500 McBrien Road/felony evading (21-002282):
Police attempted to stop a white Cadillac with a tinted tag cover concealing the tag. The vehicle failed to stop and swerved around several cars on McBrien Road at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was last seen heading west on Bennett Road.
1400 Greenslake Road/Warrant Service (21-002284):
Shun Hereford was arrested for a probation violation warrant out of Hamilton County during a traffic stop at this location.
505 S Moore Road/DUI/Drugs (21-002296):
Anthony Smith (Iceman) was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for resale and DUI at this location.
6800 Ringgold Rd. / DUI Arrest (21-002306):
Phillip Blanton was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location. Also found in the vehicle was a city “STOP” sign and a street sign from Key West Ave. The signs will be left in the sally port at the PD for the traffic engineering dept. to pick up.
40 I-75 N / AOA warrant service (21-002307):
Josephine Arnett was arrest on warrants following a traffic stop at this location.
