The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
December 23 – Day Shift
1417 St. Thomas Street (warrant service):
Police responded to Motel 6 about a woman being held against her will. Contact was made with Andrew W. and Suzanne Ramey in Room 221. Ramey wasn’t being held against her will. She did have active warrants through Hamilton County and was arrested.
1410 Mack Smith Road (AOA):
Police responded to the Budgetel to assist EMS with a female patient. EMS requested police file a report with APS due to the living conditions of the room. A report was filed, and the woman was transported to an area hospital.

December 23 –Night Shift
941 Spring Creek Rd (Park Ridge East Hospital)/ Disorder:
Police received a call of a disorder at the hospital. Dispatch advised a suicidal person was being combative and refused to be evaluated. Police were able to persuade the woman to comply with the doctors.
5707 Ringgold Rd/ Theft (20-016800):
Police took a report of a theft from a vehicle at the Dollar General store. Report on file.
1000 Bass Pro Drive/ Domestic Assault (20-016793):
Police responded to a witness report of a male party, Walter Biggs, assaulting a female in the parking lot of Bass Pro Shops. Upon investigation, police determined Biggs pushed the woman down and was yelling at her in the parking lot. The woman advised Biggs had been drinking and was upset and pushed her down into the vehicle. Biggs was placed into custody for Domestic Assault.
6124 Sherwood Drive/ Disorder (20-016799):
Police responded to a disorder at this location. The resident stated her friend, Richard Campbell, who had been living in her garage, became disorderly and was yelling profanities and throwing furniture into the yard from the front porch. Police made contact with Mr. Campbell and after a brief struggle he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
1400 John Ross Road- Crash/ Narcotics found (20-016804):
Officers were dispatched to a crash at this location. When they arrived, the driver of the vehicle had fled the scene. While inventorying the vehicle, officers located approximately three pounds of marijuana in the trunk. Officers towed the vehicle to the impound lot to be processed at a later time.
6500 Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/ Narcotics Violation (20-016805):
Tavoris Hazelray was arrested following a traffic stop for driving while suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of Sch VI. The passenger, Judith Simmers was cited for possession of Sch II.
6401 Ringgold Rd/ Narcotics arrest:
Police arrested Past Chechakos for possession of Acid for resale, possession of marijuana for resale, and drug paraphernalia. After he fell asleep in the McDonald’s drive-through.
1410 Mack Smith Rd –
Staff requested police to remove a transient party from the property. The transient party was transported to a local hospital after complaining of trouble breathing.

December 24 – Day Shift
5700 Ringgold Road (medical assist):
Callers stated multiple parties were fighting on the lot of Groome’s Transportation. Police found a person on the ground suffering from a seizure and several others gathered around rendering aid. EMS responded and treated the patient who was then released to family members.
3818 Kingwood Circle (assault):
Amerika Jones called police to report being assaulted by Jerry M. the day before.
3634 Helen Lane (auto theft):
The complainant came to the police department to report having his car stolen overnight. The car he reported stolen is the abandoned vehicle found last night containing the large amount of marijuana. A supplement is on file.
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Kevin Oshae Williams was served with multiple warrants at the jail for Theft Under $1,000 and Driving on Suspended Driver’s License.

December 24 – Night Shift
3602 Mimbro (Warrant Service):
Ryan Disney was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant for theft.
6700 Ringgold Rd (DUI 20-016839):
Ashley Beatrice was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
6700 Ringgold Rd (Misdemeanor Citation 20-016840):
Sarah Davis was issued a misdemeanor citation for Simple Possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop.
6700 Ringgold Rd (AOA Arrest 20-016841):
Larry Warren was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on county warrants. Sarah Frazier was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on Catoosa County warrants.
5300 Spriggs St (Arrest):
Robert Gosnell was arrested for Driving While Revoked during a traffic stop. Timothy Matthews was taken into custody for Possession of Schedule I, Possession of Schedule II, Possession of Schedule VI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Firearm During a Felony.
54 Frawley Rd (Suspicious Activity 20-016854):
The reporting party stated a female had knocked on her door claiming she had been assaulted. Police searched the area but did not locate the party.

December 25 – Day Shift
117 Douglas Drive- Domestic Assault-
The complainant reported her husband, Michael Sims, grabbed her by the neck during an argument. Police spoke to Sims. He was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was transported to 601.
3218 Gleason Drive (Ridgeview Point)- Citizen Assist-
The caller advised she was stuck on ice in her parking lot. Police responded and called her a wrecker at her request.
1610 John Ross Road- AOA-
Police responded with the fire department on a residential fire. Once on scene officers assisted fire.
December 25 – Night Shift
4152 Ringgold Road / Narcotics / Traffic:
Police conducted a traffic stop on a silver Jeep Cherokee for a seat belt violation. The traffic stop resulted in the driver Selena Pineda receiving a misdemeanor citation for simple possession and the passenger William Rhea being taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine.
1600 Castleberry Ave / Suspicious Person:
The caller advised that a male party had rung her doorbell and was sitting on her front porch. Police arrived to find Casey Johnson, who was under the influence of narcotics. During the investigation, Johnson was in possession of two packages that he had taken from 1508 Castleberry and that he had burglarized a vehicle at 6109 Marietta Ave. Contact was made with the victim on Marietta, and his items were returned. No contact was made with the victim at 1508 Castleberry, and the packages were placed into property and evidence. Johnson was transported to the jail on charges of vandalism, theft under $1,000, auto burglary, and public intoxication.
1417 St Thomas St / Unconscious person:
A male subject overdosed after smoking Oxycodone pills at this location. He was revived by fire department personnel and transported to the hospital by EMS.
1400 Spring Creek Road/Drug paraphernalia:
Vanessa Johnson was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for drug paraphernalia at this location during a traffic stop.
1022 Hibbler Circle/DUI/possession of cocaine:
Jose Villasenor was arrested at this location for DUI 2nd, possession of cocaine, and resisting arrest.
