Dec. 22 Day Shift
2988 Westside Drive- AOA-
CPD dispatch requested assistance with a burglary suspect being held at gunpoint by the homeowner at this address. On arrival East Ridge officers were able to detain the suspect until Chattanooga police arrived.
941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Disorder/AOA-
The caller advised of an unruly psych patient in the emergency room. While en route dispatch advised the patient was wanted through Hamilton County. He was discharged and transported to 601.
100 I-75 South- Hit and Run Crash-
The reporting party advised he was involved in a crash on the interstate where the Hispanic male driver fled the scene on foot. Upon checking the area officers were able to locate the driver and his passenger. Gaspar Perez-Jacinto was cited and sent on his way.

Night Shift
601 Walnut Street / Arrest-Warrant:
Lendal Deon Houser was arrested on an Alias/Capias warrant for Prescription Drug Fraud Attempt, issued in 2019.
400 S. Moore Road / Felony Evading-Motor Vehicle:
A 2011 Nissan Altima bearing TN registration 3T78A9, took off from a traffic stop and went into Chattanooga via S. Moore Road.
601 Walnut Street / Warrant Service:
Joseph Stevens was taken into custody at this location for a valid East Ridge City Court warrant for Forfeiture Capias Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police verified active East Ridge warrants on Jessica Holliday for Theft over $1,000 and responded to 2020 Gunbarrel Road. Holliday was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
5600 block Reneau Way / Psychiatric Emergency:
Police were dispatched to this location about a male and female arguing in the street. When police arrived on the scene they located a white female in the street in a bathrobe. The female was determined to be in a manic episode by EMS. She refused EMS transport and was transported to Parkridge East by police for a mental health evaluation. Follow Up: The woman later requested a supervisor to file a complaint on the officers that assisted her to the hospital. Sgt. Cleek responded and attempted to speak with her regarding the complaint. She was not cooperative when speaking with a supervisor.
1300 S. Seminole / Evading / Reckless Driving:
Police attempted to stop a red Hyundai Elantra for reckless driving and having a headlight out due to what appeared recent front-end damage. The vehicle fled at high speed south on S. Seminole towards S. Crest. Police deactivated emergency equipment and allowed to suspect to flee from police safely.
1500 Mack Smith / Felony Evading / Drag Racing:
Police attempted to stop an older model green Chevrolet truck for reckless driving on Ringgold Rd. The vehicle failed to stop for police and continued at a high rate of speed. Police allowed the subject to flee the area safely.
6401 Ringgold Rd / Traffic Arrest:
Police took Cruz Housley into custody for possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, and driving on revoked for DUI. Housley also had several felony warrants through Hamilton County.
6521 Ringgold Rd / Suspicious vehicle:
Stacey Crossno was arrested for DUI following a call from a citizen who was behind her vehicle and observed her erratic driving.
