Dec. 14 Day Shift
707 S Germantown/Theft:
The complainant reported the theft of catalytic converters off the church van. Took place sometime over the weekend.
3525 Cathy/ Car Towed:
A green Mercedes, left partially blocking the road last week, was towed after the expiration date of the orange tow sticker was surpassed. The sticker had been partially removed. Tag was registered to a green jeep.
201 Eads Street (vandalism):
The complainant requested a report regarding an unknown suspect who smeared ketchup, mustard and eggs on to her apartment door and welcome mat.
6303 Ringgold Road (indecent exposure):
Police were dispatched to the Sure Shine car wash regarding a b/m dropping his pants and jumping around. Upon arrival, police spoke to the man. He stated his sweatpants did fall when he bent over to vacuum out his vehicle, but he immediately pulled them back up. No further police action was taken.
6401 Ringgold Road (disorder):
Police were dispatched to the McDonald’s regarding employees fighting. Upon arrival, both parties had separated. This was determined to be a verbal only argument.
6674 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Dennis Roberson was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
700 Germantown Road (warrant service):
Aaron Mitchell was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant following a traffic stop. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1417 St. Thomas Street (FI):
Police conducted a field interview on Julie Woody Santora. Ms. Santora has active warrants out of Georgia, but they would not extradite.
1417 St. Thomas Street (FI):
Police observed a male and female arguing inside a vehicle on Ringgold Road. The female got out of a car and began walking towards Motel 6. Police spoke with the female who stated it was just a verbal argument. The female, Emily Tinker, has active warrants out of Georgia, but they will not extradite.
5714 Ringgold Road (Walter’s Service Center)
Police contacted the manager/reporting party, via cell phone. The reporting party stated there were two catalytic converters stolen from customers vehicle’s between 1600 hours on 12-13-2020 through 1100 hours on 12-14-2020. One was stolen from a 2003 Dodge Ram pickup, valued at $1,224 and the other was off of a 2002 Honda Accord valued at $1,800. The manager stated the parts were cut off of both vehicle’s and he doesn’t have anyone of whom he suspects.
1302 Adonna Ln – Mental Health Consumer –
A female was taken into protective custody at this location and transported to Parkridge East Hospital for a mental health evaluation after a neighbor reported her sitting on the front porch of the property. She used to reside at this home until it caught fire, killing her roommate, several months prior and the home was purchased by another party. She adamantly told police she still lived here and the roommate was still alive. Due to her impaired cognitive ability she transported to a local hospital.
4149 E Ridge Dr – Unknown Trouble/Disorder –
A neighbor reported hearing a female party screaming and yelling that was coming from near this location. Police arrived on scene and attempted to make contact with anyone inside, however were unsuccessful. Police did not observe any signs of a disorder and did not hear anyone inside the residence.
915 S. Seminole Dr Apt 23 – Disorder –
Police responded to this location after a neighbor reported hearing loud and continuous arguing about “text messages.” On arrival, police made contact with a male and female party, who claimed the arguing was verbal only and was in reference to the male subject cheating on the female. Both parties agreed to lower their volumes

Night Shift
201 Eads St (Supplement):
Police responded to the apartments in reference to a vandalism that was reported earlier on this date. The victim supplied police with additional information.
4209 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-016427):
A disorder between the night manager of Jack’s and an employee resulted in the employee’s mother responding to the restaurant and escalating the situation. The parties were separated by police. The employee and her mother left the area.
5611 Ringgold Rd (Property 20-016429):
Officers located a catalytic converter on the ground under a truck owned by Advance Rent to Own. The item was collected and placed into East Ridge Police Dept. property.
5080 S Terrace (Suspicious Activity 20-016430):
The manager of AMC theaters requested police check the area around their building for homeless parties. The staff was fearful an encampment was being built near the dumpster. Nothing was located.
3427 Land St (Shots Fired 20-016431):
A caller reported hearing numerous gunshots and then screaming. Police responded to the area but did not locate anyone.
201 Eads St (Disorder 20-016433):
The reporting party stated her cousin’s boyfriend took her keys and phone. The property issue was deemed to be a civil matter between the parties in the residence.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Disorder 20-016435):
Police responded to a domestic disorder between two people. Officers did not observe any signs of a physical struggle or assault. The parties agreed to separate for the night.
1417 ST Thomas Ave (Juvenile 20-016442):
A woman flagged down officers and stated her 17-year-old daughter had not returned to their residence in Chattanooga before curfew. The woman had tracked her daughter to the Motel 6 using a location application on her phone. Officers located the juvenile in the company of another minor female at approximately 03:45 AM. The woman took custody of her child and left the motel. The other juvenile was taken to her residence in Chattanooga and released to her mother.
100 Dorrah Ln (Disorder 20-016440):
Officers responded to a domestic disorder between a man and a woman. Both parties had scratches on them, but neither would cooperate with police. A primary aggressor could not be determined.
