4300 Lazard St-
Elise Wheeler was arrested for driving on revoked DL at this location.
1020 McBrien Rd. (well being check):
Police were called to check on a male subject at this address after he left the hospital with an IV still in his arm. He was not located.
5210 B. Weaver St. (property damage):
Elizabeth Benton’s vehicle was damaged overnight by an unknown object. A property damage report was completed.

Night Shift
1417 St Thomas St. / Disorder:
Police received a call in reference to a disorder over a room at this location. While on scene police observed a female in the parking lot who was barefoot and in the fetal position shaking. Police contacted the female who was unable to answer simple questions such as her name or where she was. The female party did not even realize she was outside. Police also determined her to be extremely intoxicated on an unknown stimulant, to the point she could not control the movements of her head or arms. Police transported the female party to Parkridge East where she received medical treatment for her condition.
3300 Ringgold Road/A.O.A:
Andres Felix was arrested on felony warrants out of Martin County FL during a traffic stop.
4214 Ringgold Road / Miscellaneous:
Police responded and spoke with Hector Martinez about his previous arrest and conviction for Aggravated Domestic Assault. Martinez requested to speak with Officer Chavez about his arrest and wished to file charges against his former wife and former girlfriend for Kidnapping. Martinez stated that following his incarceration his children were taken by their mothers who both had legal custody. Martinez also had recordings and multiple documents he wished to show his previous arresting officer. Report on file.
5341 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Brenton Austin was arrested for Driving Under the Influence following a traffic stop at this location and transported to the Hamilton county jail.
5301 Ringgold Road / Theft of Merchandise:
Police responded to the Walgreen’s in reference to a theft call. Police arrived on scene and spoke to the cashier who told police that two black females had entered the store. While one spoke to the clerk the other went behind the counter and took 31 Newport Cigarette packs. The two females left the scene north on McBrien Road in a grey Dodge Charger with a temporary registration. The total approximate value of the theft is 249.49 USD. Bolo issued.
1615 Melody Lane / Identity Theft:
The complainant reported that he received a certified letter from the North Alabama Corporate Office of U-Haul stating that he failed to return rented equipment to one of the stores in Huntsville, AL. He contacted a Customer Service representative to explained that he did not rent anything from UHaul. An unknown suspect used the complainant’s name, DOB, and TN DL number to rent equipment on 11/29 and was contracted to return it on 11/30/2020 which did not occur. UHaul requested that the complainant report the Identity Theft to local law enforcement.
