The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
December 05 – Day Shift
7315 Haven Hill Lane (arrest):
Miguel Cuevas was taken into custody for criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine. Police were called to this location regarding Mr. Cuevas trespassing on property he had previously been evicted from. James Crafton was also located on the property and was criminally trespassed from the property.
800 block Belvoir Avenue (found property):
A passerby located a wallet lying in the middle of the roadway and brought it to the police department. Police were able to contact the owner who stated the wallet had been stolen in Chattanooga yesterday. The wallet will be turned over to the owner.

December 05 – Night Shift
6408 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Person 20-016031):
Staff at Dunkin Donuts requested police ask a male party to leave their business. The party had been in the store sleeping and was wandering the parking lot when officers arrived. Officers made contact with Kory Allmond. Allmond was checked for warrants and asked to leave the property.
700 S Germantown Rd (Intoxicated Party 20-016032):
Callers stated there was a white male staggering into the roadway on S Germantown Rd. Police made contact with Mitchell Culpepper who was found to be highly intoxicated. Culpepper was stumbling about and had multiple bottles of Vodka shoved in his boots. He was taken into custody for Public Intoxication. Culpepper was additionally charged with Retaliation for Past Acts after threatening the arresting officer.
5420 Connell St (Disorder 20-016034):
The reporting party stated Mark Caylor, who has active warrants for stalking, was at this address causing a disorder. Party was gone when police arrived.
6513 Ringgold Rd (Fight 20-016038):
A caller reported up to 10 people were fighting in the parking lot of Champy’s. Most of the revelers were gone prior to police arriving. Police did make contact with a few parties but could not determine if they had in fact been involved.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Firearms Violation 20-016040):
During a traffic stop police issued Ashton Smith a misdemeanor citation for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
6500 Ringgold Rd (DUI 20-016041):
Timothy Beard was taken into custody for DUI 2nd, Possession of Marijuana, Open Container Violation, Speeding, Registration Violation and Failure to Exercise Due Care during a traffic stop at this location.
4321 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-016042):
James Bankston was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct after arguing with and disrupting the evening of a number of patrons and staff members at Lively’s.
5700 State Line Rd (Arrest 20-016043):
Melissa Stillwell was issued a misdemeanor citation for Driving While Suspended and Lance Dohrn was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for Resale and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was in possession of approximately 10 grams of Methamphetamine

December 06 – Day Shift
728 Frawley Road #217 (auto theft):
The resident stated he had left his car running so it could warm up and went back inside his home. When he returned outside the vehicle was gone. The 2009 dark gray Chevy Impala, which had been left unlocked, was entered into NCIC.
604 Bacon Trail #4 (aggravated burglary):
The homeowner left her apartment for approximately twenty minutes today and returned to find her patio door standing open and her television sitting outside. A gaming system and several pair of shoes were taken.
601 Walnut Street (warrant service):
Chevy Steigerwald was arrested on an East Ridge Petition to Revoke (Drug Paraphernalia) at the county jail.
5322 Clemons Road Apt. 407 (theft from vehicle):
The complainant reported the theft of his vehicle’s Elvis Presley memorial TN license plate (EP8693) which occurred sometime since yesterday. Complainant stated the plate, which was entered into NCIC, would be hard to miss.

December 06 – Night Shift
5700 Roper St (Disorder 20-016):
Officers made a return to trip to Newcastle apartments after the subject of the previous noise complaint began yelling through the floor at the apartment below. Officers spoke again with Daonte Terrell who became aggressive and disorderly with police. Terrell was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct and transported the Hamilton County Jail.
3500 Ringgold Rd ( Arrest 20-016071):
Police conducted a traffic stop and arrested a male party for Driving Unlicensed, No Proof of Insurance and Improper Display of a Registration Plate. The subject did not speak English and had no identification. He was booked into the jail as John Doe.
5815 Ringgold Rd (Found Property 20-016073):
The reporting party located a wallet on Saturday at the Lucky Mart and turned it over to police.
3400 Missionaire Ave (Evading 20-016078):
While on patrol on Missionaire Ave police observed a gray pickup truck sitting in the roadway occupied, with no lights activated at approximately 0200 hours. Police maneuvered behind the vehicle and activated emergency lighting and the vehicle fled. Officers followed the vehicle onto S. Crest and then terminated all emergency equipment to allow the vehicle to safely flee. As officers were returning to East Ridge they located the vehicle unoccupied at the intersection of S Crest Rd and Shadowlawn Dr. Charges pending identification of the driver.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest):
Michael Lewis was booked on East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
100 I 75 North (Arrest 20-016079):
Sylvester Kirkwood was arrested for Driving While Revoked, Possession of Cocaine for Resale and Possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop for a registration violation. Amanda Durham was charged with Criminal Impersonation and transported to the Hamilton County Jail after giving officers a false name because of an active warrant through Franklin County.
