The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the administration of the East Ridge Police Department.
December 03 – Day Shift
3657 Ringgold Road (Cascades Motel #52)- Wellbeing Check/DOA-
Management advised police the person in room 52 was scheduled to check out today but there was no answer at the door and no answer on the phone. He requested police do a wellbeing check at the room. Inside the room a black female, unknown identification, was found lying in the floor of the bathroom. EMS on scene determined the female to be deceased. CID and the medical examiner’s office responded. The deceased was transported by Hamilton County EMS to the forensic center. This incident is still under investigation.
3502 Ringgold Road (Ace Hardware)- Shoplifting-
The caller advised a white male with long hair took a Leatherman tool without paying. He was last observed leaving the lot in a white Hyundai traveling west on Ringgold Road. The suspect is unknown.
3524 Missionaire Avenue- Unconscious Person-
Police responded with Fire and EMS on a 35-year-old female unconscious. On arrival medical personnel had control of the situation. The female was transported to Erlanger.
3307 Ringgold Road (Max Motors)- Disorder-
The caller advised a white male was at the business refusing to leave. The caller advised the male was angry due to the business repossessing his vehicle. On arrival the male agreed to leave. A taxi was called, and he was transported home.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (Arena)- Suspicious Person-
Police received a call about a white male in the lot possibly intoxicated. Upon arrival officers contacted him. He was found to be in physical/mental distress. EMS was called but he refused medical treatment. He was transported to his home on Delaware Drive.
302 Dunlap Avenue (Seminole Pathe)- Unknown 911-
Dispatch advised of a phase two location for an unknown 911 in the area. Upon arrival officers located nothing out of the ordinary.

December 03 –Night Shift
6514 Ringgold Rd. / Warrant Service:
Dustin Smith was taken into custody for felony warrants through Catoosa County following a traffic stop at this location.
4300 Ringgold Rd. / DUI:
Michael Thomas was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
601 Walnut Street / Warrant Arrest:
James Thomas Walker, Jr. was arrested on Capias warrant for driving on suspended license.
610 Walnut Street / Warrant Arrest:
David Allen Walker was arrested on warrants Resisting Stop Frisk Halt Stop and Criminal Impersonation.
941 Spring Creek Road / Warrant service:
Police arrested Jada Lankford in the parking lot of Parkridge East on three East Ridge warrants and three Hamilton County warrants. While in route to the jail the female propositioned the officer for sex to be released, Ms. Lankford was charged with bribery of a public servant.

December 04 – Day Shift
601 Walnut Street (warrant service):
Amber Goldsmith was stopped by CPD officers and subsequently arrested on an East Ridge warrant.
I-75 Welcome Center (unconscious person):
Police responded to this location concerning an unconscious person that was then upgraded to a suspected crash with injuries. It was found to be a person asleep in their parked car.

December 04 – Night Shift
3715 Ringgold Rd (Theft 20-015987):
Maylyn Bamaca an employee of Food City was taken into custody for Felony Theft.
6642 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-015989):
A caller reported a disorder and a theft in room 107 at the Econo Lodge. Police arrived and arrested Kenzie Meyers, Rachel Stockbridge, Allison Kennedy and Danielle Thomas on various narcotics charges.
3607 Helen Ln (Home Invasion 20-015990):
The caller told dispatch someone was attempting to break into her home. The intruder was gone when police arrived.
1307 Spring Creek Rd (Unconscious Party 20-015991):
Police responded with Fire and EMS on a 32-year-old female who was unconscious from an apparent overdose. Once the female was medically cleared she was taken into custody for Possession of Heroin.
1500 Hope Ln (Assist Other Agency 20-015996):
Chattanooga requested assistance in apprehending a party who fled in a blue Mercedes. Officers observed the vehicle traveling south on Springvale and then west on State Line Rd. The driver fled the vehicle on foot. A perimeter was established by ERPD, CPD and THP. A female juvenile was located in the woods during the search for the driver. She apparently had been a passenger in the vehicle. She was transported to Parkridge East with minor injuries and then transported to Juvenile Detention for Evading Arrest and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. A short time later police located the driver, Elijah McCray, walking through the tunnels into Chattanooga. McCray was taken into custody and charged with Speeding, Driving While Suspended, Evading Arrest, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
6503 Burr St (Theft 20-015991):
The reporting party stated he had video surveillance of an acquaintance stealing his firearm. Police have suspect information and warrants will be sought for his arrest.
1417 St Thomas St (Robbery 20-015999):
The occupants of room 135 stated a black male forced his way into their room. They went on to state the male party said he had a handgun and took $720 from the victims. The suspect was last seen entering a silver Mercedes sedan and fleeing the parking lot.
