The following information was compiled from East Ridge Police Department “pass along reports.”
November 21 – Day Shift
18-A Mission Ridge Oval (auto theft):
The resident reported his 2006 Mazda M3h stolen sometime overnight. The resident admitted to leaving the car keys on the center console of the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.
Sheridan Avenue at Laurel Lane (auto recovery):
The victim of the Mission Ridge Oval car theft reported finding his stolen vehicle at this address. The vehicle was removed from NCIC.
1513 Keeble Street (property damage):
The resident witnessed a white SUV strike her mailbox while traveling at a high rate of speed. The resident requested extra patrol on Keeble Street due to speeders.

November 21 – Night Shift
4000 Bennett Rd (Arrests 20-015386):
During a traffic stop, Sean Henegar was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of schedule IV, Sharla Ball/Bradley was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant and Michelle Roe was detained on Hamilton County warrants. Both females were transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1417 St Thomas St (Disorder With a Weapon 20-015389):
Caller stated two white males in hoodies and blue jeans were in the parking lot. One of the males was brandishing a firearm and pointed it at the other male. Police arrived and the subjects were not located.
302 Dunlap Ave (Shots Fired 20-015390):
Police responded to a call of shots fired. While police were en route to investigate the incident, it was upgraded to a person shot. Dispatch relayed the victim was a juvenile who was being transported by a person at the scene to Parkridge East Hospital. When officers arrived on Dunlap there was no evidence of a shooting and witnesses were giving police conflicting statements. Officers at Parkridge East attempted to garner statements from people who were on scene at Dunlap previously, but they chose to be uncooperative with officers and left the hospital. Officers were later summoned back to Dunlap because a resident found a “GLOCK Style” CO2 air pistol on her porch. The air pistol was not there when police searched for evidence. The reporting party stated the pistol appeared sometime after police left.
5500 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 20-015388):
Dylan Griffith was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
3511 Ringgold Rd (Vandalism 20-015395):
Officers responded to a burglar alarm at R&R Tires. When police arrived, they noted a front window in the business had been struck and damaged by an unknown object.
504 Wando Dr (Stabbing 20-015396):
Reporting party stated David “DJ” McCallister had arrived at their residence intoxicated with several lacerations to his face. Police arrived and located a very intoxicated party wearing a blood-soaked shirt. The subject had several deep lacerations on his face. He was transported by EMS to Erlanger. Police relocated to McCallister’s last known address on Bacon Trail and located evidence outside his apartment leading them to believe the incident occurred at his home. Contact was made with his estranged girlfriend who lives at the residence. She stated McCallister had moved out of the apartment several days before. She went on to state he arrived at the apartment on this date in a drunken rage. He forced his way into the apartment and chased her into a back bedroom. She threw a mirror at him striking him in the face. Warrants were obtained for domestic assault and public intoxication against McCallister.
711 Bacon Trail (Auto Theft 20-015400):
Reporting party stated she left her 2016 Honda Accord unattended and running for approximately five minutes while she was inside her father’s residence. She came back to the parking lot to find her vehicle had been taken.
1417 St Thomas St (AOA Warrant):
Timothy Ingle was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on felony warrants through Walker County, GA.

November 22 – Day Shift
Spring Creek Road at Ringgold Road (FI):
Police conducted a field interview on a man after police were dispatched to this location regarding an unconscious male lying with his legs in the street. He appeared to be suffering a medical episode and was transported to Parkridge East by EMS.
3920-F Ringgold Road (vandalism):
Police were called to this location regarding another shattered window at this business. Police spoke with the owner of the complex who stated the damage occurred overnight. Police did locate a fragment of marble on the ground. No suspect information is available, but the business owner stated he would be installing security cameras today.
6302 Ringgold Road (vandalism):
Police responded to Arby’s after the manager found the front glass shattered again. The manager stated the damage occurred overnight. Police located a fragment of marble on the ground. No suspect information is available.

November 22 – Night Shift
3725 Fountain Ave Apt 78 (Assist Fire 20-015430):
Police responded with the fire department on a possible apartment fire. The fire department forced entry into apartment 78 and located food that had been left on the stove unattended causing smoke and fire alarms to activate.
6674 Ringgold Rd (Theft 20-015434):
Reporting party stated someone entered her vehicle between 11:30 PM on 11/21/20 and 16:30 PM on 11/22/20 and took some items. The victim stated approximately $6,000 in tools and personal items were missing from the vehicle.
3700 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-015436):
Michael Williams was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
3300 Ringgold Rd (DUI 3rd 20-015438):
Police arrested Gumercindo Ramirez during a traffic stop. Mr. Ramirez was arrested for DUI 3rd offense and driving without a license
6700 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-015439):
Craig Willin was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail for driving while revoked for DUI.
6600 Ringgold Rd (Arrests 20-015442):
Police conducted a traffic stop on a white Jeep on the I-75 N ramp. Zachary Watkins was taken into custody for DUI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Open Container and Possession of a Firearm While Intoxicated. The front seat passenger of the vehicle Terence Neal was taken into custody for Possession of Heroin for Resale (2.3 grams), Possession of Methamphetamine for Resale (23.8 grams), Possession of Schedule VI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Firearm During The Commission of a felony. Officers also seized $783 in U.S. currency.
2173 Dugan St (Miscellaneous 20-015440):
The complainant contacted Fire and Police at least seven times since November 20 stating she was smelling strong odors coming from her neighbors half of a duplex. Fire and Police responded and checked each time and the only odor apparent was the cleaning supplies coming from her apartment.
