The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
October 22 – Day Shift
323 Camp Jordan Parkway- Water Rescue-
While on patrol police were flagged down and advised of two people stuck in the creek. The fire department was notified and responded. The couple was safely pulled from the creek.
6408 Ringgold Road (Firehouse)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a homeless person sleeping in their rear parking area. Upon arrival officers contacted Christine P. She was checked for warrants and advised to leave the property.
400 South Moore Road (Atlas Total Health)- Disorder-
The caller advised of a disorder in the parking lot of the business. On arrival no disorder was located but there was a broken down vehicle blocking the lot. The owner was advised to move the vehicle.
1911 Close Road- Burglary-
The caller advised an unknown suspect kicked the front door of this vacant house. Nothing appeared missing. This incident occurred sometime over the last week.

October 22 –Night Shift
6674 Ringgold Road / Missing Juvenile Located:
Police located a juvenile that was reported missing on 10/21/20 in East Ridge. The juvenile had attachments out of JDU and was transported.
3623 Fountain Ave / Stolen Vehicle Recovery-Narcotics Arrest:
Police conducted a traffic stop on a stolen Volvo out of Chattanooga in the parking lot of Sweetbay Apartments. Billie Litz, Kori Konrad, and Quentin Mccoy were arrested on theft and possession of heroin charges. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and towed by Cannons.
3623 Fountain Ave / Narcotics:
Katherine Caldwell was taken into custody for possession of crack cocaine following a traffic stop at this location.
4100 Ringgold Rd. / Warrant Service:
Police were flagged down in reference to a fight at this location. Neither party wanted to press charges for the simple assault, however Keith Claywell was found to have active East Ridge warrants and was taken into custody.
3330 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Justin Oliver was arrested for DUI, possession of schedule IV, and Violation of an Order of Protection following a traffic stop at this location.
1479 Mack Smith Road / Unknown Trouble:
Michael Martin was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct after police were called due to him standing in the roadway and screaming.
4222 Ringgold Road / Warrant:
Danielle Wood was served with an Alias/Capias for driving on suspended.
1626 Waterhouse Street / Property Damage:
The complainant contacted police after she noticed scratches marks edged into her vehicle’s paint. She stated that sometime during the evening hours, an unknown suspect entered her property and used a sharp object to scratch the paint of her 2010 Saturn Vue, red in color. Scratches were on the left rear door, front and back doors of the right side and across the hood. She submitted the report to have her insurance repair the damages.

October 23 – Day Shift
728 Frawley Road (vandalism):
The complainant said her Enterprise rental Chevrolet pickup was keyed overnight. She believes the incident could be a result of an incident she was involved in last month. A neighbor’s vehicle was also keyed, but a report was not filed.
1706 Keeble Street (aggravated assault):
A woman was walking by Sunny’s Market when Emma Chives and Thomas Dobbs exited a vehicle and began punching her in the face. The two returned to their car at which time Chives drove toward the woman making contact with her legs. Th victim refused medical treatment at the scene. Warrants are being sought.
6642 Ringgold Road (delayed theft):
The complainant reported his cell phone was stolen from his car at this location on 9/23/20.
4413 Bennett Road (delayed auto burglary):
The resident reported an unknown suspect entered her unlocked vehicle overnight three days ago and attempted to steal her radio.

October 23 – Night Shift
5341 Bennett Rd (Suspicious Package 20-014103):
Reporting party located a backpack on her porch. The bag contained a number of burglary tools and an ID.
1303 Loredo Ave (Shots Fired 20-014104):
Caller reported hearing several gun shots. Nothing located.
3725 Fountain Ave (Burglary 20-014105):
Resident returned home and someone had forced entry into her apartment. A number of TVs and other items were taken.
4340 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Person 20-014107):
Caller stated a male on roller skates was skating in the parking lot and had nearly caused several crashes. The subject was located and he agreed to skate somewhere else.
950 Spring Creek Rd (Disorder 20-014108):
Lucas Harris was taken into custody for domestic assault following a disorder.
618 Layfield Rd (Prowler 20-014112):
Caller stated there was male dressed in all black standing in the street. Officers located the individual in question and it was learned he was actually a family member of the caller.
6300 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-014119):
Caller stated a male party was in the Krystal drive-thru causing a disorder. The subject was making unwanted sexual comments to the manager. The caller stated the party had even parked his car and walked up to the drive-thru window to continue his advances. Rickey Phillips was taken into custody for public intoxication.
1200 John Ross Rd (Arrest 20-014121):
William Fields was taken into custody during a traffic stop on East Ridge warrants.
733 Belvoir Ave (Domestic Disorder 20-014124):
RP stated her boyfriend, Marcus Brooks, became enraged over a text she received. She stated Brooks drug her off their bed by her hair. He then fled the residence with her keys, phone and wallet. Warrants to be sought for domestic assault and theft.
3200 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-014129):
Christian Whiting was taken into custody during a traffic stop for possession of marijuana for resale.
