The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
Oct. 19 Day Shift
6642 Ringgold Rd/ Domestic Disorder:
Couple renting room at the Econo Lodge got into a heated argument resulting in the male being locked out of the room. Police spoke with both parties and discovered it was verbal only. Female chose to pack her things and leave.
1609 JOHN ROSS ROAD (PROPERTY DAMAGE):
The resident stated someone damaged her windshield on her 2017 GMC Yukon. Howard stated she knows the damage took place somewhere between the 1600 hours on 10/18/2020 and 0755 hours on 10-19-2020. Unknown suspects at this time.
5400 Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Persons/Check the Well-being:
Caller wanted police to check the area for a w/m and a w/f, due to the w/f having issues walking. Police checked the area but did not locate the parties.
5418 Ringgold Rd – Apollo Car Wash:
Police responded on a report of a white male wearing a blue hat, dark shirt and khaki pants harassing customers. Police made contact with Michael Martin who claimed he was there helping someone clean their car. Due to his behavior making customers feel uncomfortable, he was advised to relocate to another location outside of East Ridge.

Night Shift
6710 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-13926):
Management at the Best Western stated parties were requested to vacate the property by 1800 hours and as of 1830 had not. Colton Dobbins and Hayley Shipman were trespassed from the property at the request of management.
707 Dunlap (Noise Complaint):
Reporting party called complaining about barking dogs at this location. No barking dogs were observed.
4338 Ringgold Rd (Mental Health 20-013929):
RP stated a white female was in metal crisis at this location. Officers arrived and spoke with the party in potential crisis. She did not appear to be a danger to herself or others. She did ask however, to be transported to Parkridge East for stomach cramps.
635 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Disorder 20-013930):
RP stated a male party had thrown a plastic glass of water at her vehicle. Police arrived and spoke with the vehicle occupants and Max G. The man stated it was a misunderstanding and he had attempted to apologize but the vehicle occupants refused to speak with him.
800 S Germantown (Suspicious Vehicle/DUI 20-013931):
Officers were dispatched to check the area for a silver vehicle stopped in the roadway with a driver who appeared to be asleep. Police located the vehicle and attempted to rouse the driver. The driver awakened and immediately fled at the site of police. A short pursuit ensued with the vehicle coming to a stop at 3918 Ringgold Rd. The driver, Taylor Parrish, was given numerous commands to exit the vehicle which he refused. Parrish was assisted out of the vehicle and taken into custody for DUI, Evading, Reckless Endangerment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and numerous traffic charges.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 20-013939):
Connie Dunn was turned into officers at the East Ridge Police Department by her bonding company on a Petition to Revoke Bond for Possession of Methamphetamine.
1600 Mack Smith Rd (Shots Fired):
Officers reported hearing gunshots in the area. While searching the area police encountered Catoosa County deputies who had also received calls of gunshots. Nothing was located.
