The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.

Day Shift
204 Windmere Drive (auto burglary): The complainant wanted police to be aware that his vehicle was gone through last night also. He didn’t wish to file a report because nothing was damaged or missing.
600 Maple Lane (theft): The complainant reported a red Chevy Impala occupied by five black males stopped in the street, and one of the occupants stole his Trump sign. The complainant stated this has occurred previously around noon on 10/12/20.
5707 Ringgold Road (theft): police were dispatched to the Dollar General regarding two females who walked out of the store without paying for merchandise. The suspects were GOA.
127 Ridgeside Road (found property): a caller found a small, black case containing multiple IDs, credit cards, and altered checks in front of this residence. All items were placed in Property and Evidence.
Night Shift
601 Walnut St.- Warrant service- 20-013378- Dustyn Warren was arrested on an East Ridge warrant.
601 Walnut St.- Warrant service- 20-013780- Terrance Schofield was arrested on several East Ridge Warrants.
5331 Layfield Rd/ Suspicious persons: The RP stated he saw a black male wearing a white hoodie and brown pants attempt to open his car door before realizing the door was locked and walking away north on Layfield. Police checked the area but did not locate the party described.
3622 Helen Lane- Disorder/ Littering- 20-012781– The resident reported someone threw a cup of cigarette butts on her vehicle. She believes it is her neighbor. The neighbor denied committing the offense. He was advised to stay away.
203 Windmere Drive- Suspicious person- 20-013776- RP reported a black male was attempting to open the front door of his home. When police arrived, they determined it was a group of juveniles going door to door seeking work while on fall break.
Assist other agency- GSP, CPD, THP, HCSO pursued a silver Ford F-150 for approximately 50 minutes just outside of East Ridge. East Ridge officers set up to deploy spike strips in various locations along the city, but the offender avoided these areas. Officers also assisted CPD in searching for items thrown from the vehicle at the bridge on Moore Road. Per department policy and directives, officers did not deploy spike strips on the interstate and did not partake in the pursuit.
323 Camp Jordan Pkwy/ weapon violation (20-013787): Police arrested Kaiel Hatten for unlawful possession of a firearm, simple possession, and violation of conditions of release after a reported disorder in the park.
4159 Ringgold Road- Narcotics violation– Anonymous RP advised someone was selling a large amount of narcotics in the business complex behind Dominos Pizza. Officers checked the area and did not locate anyone.
601 Walnut St- Warrant Service- 20-01378– officers serviced an East Ridge warrant on Michael Parker for FTA.
4200 Ringgold Road- Mental Health Call- 20-013790- A subject was transported to Parkridge East Hospital for an evaluation after yelling and telling police that God wanted him to hurt people.
601 Walnut St.- Warrant Service- 20-013792– An East Ridge warrant was served on Dequan Woods.
