The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” furnished by the administration.
September 24 – Day Shift
728 Frawley Road (Park Ridge Apartments)- Noise Complaint-
The caller advised her upstairs neighbor was yelling and there was also a baby crying. Upon police arrival contact was made with the upstairs apartment. It was found the resident had recently given birth and the baby was fussy. Later in the shift police were called back to the complex to speak with the manager. He was advised officers could not stop the baby from crying.
3220 Gleason Drive (Ridgeview Point Apartments)- Disorder/Assault-
Dispatch received a call from a female and she seemed to be arguing with a second female and a male. Per dispatch the argument appeared to be over child custody. They advised the female caller was very uncooperative. While en route the male, Martemius Smith Jr struck the female caller in the face and fled the area on foot. Upon police arrival officers investigated the incident. Warrants will be sought for simple assault (non-domestic).
5319 Oakdale Avenue- Mental Health-
The caller advised approximately fifteen males were in his yard this morning around 0300 hours wanting to fight. Upon further questioning the caller was suspected of being slightly unstable. There was no evidence of a large crowd gathering in his yard.
121 West 38th Street- Warrant Service-
Donitta Fields was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge warrant for accessory after the fact criminal homicide.
4121 Ringgold Road (Cash Express)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a black male in a red hoody and mask attempted to enter the business. She advised when asked for his identification the male ran toward the rear of the business. Police checked the area but did not locate the male.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (Arena)- Theft-
The caller reported a firearm was stolen from him at the gun show on 9-12-20. He has no suspect information. The Smith & Wesson 637 was entered in NCIC.
Landsdale Park Subdivision- Several Unknown 911 Calls-
Police were dispatched several times to the neighborhood with nothing out of the ordinary located. Officers returned a final time and found several children in the area. It was determined they had been playing with a 911 only phone. They were advised to stop.
September 24 –Night Shift
6514 Ringgold Road/Fraud:
The complainant reported that her bank card was used at the Mapco for five hundred and ten dollars. Police were unable to look at camera footage. No suspect info at this time.
6674 Ringgold Road/Weapons Offense:
Barry Rector was arrested at the Rodeway and charged with resisting arrest, felon in possession of a firearm, driving on revoked and assault on police at this location.
3715 Ringgold Rd / Narcotics Arrest:
Heather Maples was taken into custody for active Hamilton County warrants as well as possession of schedule II narcotics following a disorder at this location.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police served an arrest warrant for Alias Capias, Driving on Revoked License on Christina Arrington who was in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.

September 25 – Day Shift
1441 N. Smith Street (vandalism):
The complainant reported someone cut both front tires on his vehicle. No suspect information is available.
1510 Karwill Lane Apt. A (vandalism):
The complainant reported having his fire pit vandalized overnight. He suspects someone from Apartment B, but he does not know who it would be.
3623 Fountain Avenue Apartment (domestic assault):
The resident of this apartment was awakened early this morning by her estranged boyfriend, Joseph Horton. Horton pushed the victim onto the floor and deliberately inflicted pain on a recent injury. He then left the apartment. Warrants are pending.
1610 Adair Avenue (auto burglary/vandalism):
The resident reported someone entered her car overnight and stole Maui Jim sunglasses and tools. She also discovered the door to her mailbox had been bent.
3402 Connelly Lane (suspicious person):
An FI was conducted on a black male after a resident reported observing him pacing back in forth in the street in front of their property. The man, who was wearing a jacket and jeans, stated he was in the area because he was working out and running.

September 25 – Night Shift
1229 John Ross Rd (Domestic Disorder 20-012817):
Bryan Smith was taken into custody for Resisting Stop, Frisk, Halt after refusing to identify himself to police and then pulling away from officers as he was being detained. The disorder was found to be verbal only between he and his estranged girlfriend.
6600 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-012819):
Millard Winfrey was taken into custody on East Ridge warrants during a traffic stop at this location. Pracey Fowler was taken into custody for Driving Revoked for DUI.
1411 St Thomas St (Disorder 20-012822):
Originally dispatched as a disorder with a weapon, officers arrived on scene to discover juvenile brothers had been in a verbal disorder. The younger juvenile began banging on the front door with a baseball bat out of frustration. A grandmother arrived and took control of the youths.
4112 Sweet St (Assault 20-012823):
A 92-year-old female was assaulted by her daughter, Nancy Rountree. Rountree was taken into custody for Domestic Assault and Elder Abuse
3326 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-012827):
Kenneth Veal was taken into custody for Driving While Suspended and Possession of Methamphetamine during a traffic stop. He also had a verified warrant through Hamilton County.
710 Summit Ave (Disorder 20-012830):
Police made a return trip to this address because a disorder began over the continued noise. When officers arrived it was learned an officer on the original call had warned the wrong neighbors about noise.
900 Mockingbird Dr (Arrest 20-012832):
Kelley Combs was taken into custody during a traffic stop for DUI and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. She had been observed in the vicinity of 908 Harris Ln prior to the stop.
1800 McBrien Rd (Arrest 20-0128):
Haven Dalton was taken into custody for Simple Possession, Criminal Impersonation and DUI. He also had a verified warrant through Hamilton County for Assault.
6300 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 20-012835):
Bryan Lopez-Castanon was taken into custody for DUI , Open Container Violation and Underage Consumption after being located unconscious in the Krystal drive thru.
