The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
September 19 – Day Shift
Ringgold Rd/Wynwood Rd:
Large water main break in this area. TAWC responded handled the issue.
1665 Waterhouse St (Suspicious Activity):
Police located Dylan Keeble wrapped up in a green blanket, sleeping under a large oak tree. Police woke up Keeble and found him to be alive and well. Keeble stated that he had been homeless for several weeks and had been sleeping at different locations in the Springvale Road area. Field interview completed.
Cemetery Rd / Belvoir Ave (Road Hazard):
Police and Fire responded to a fallen tree on the roadway. Fire and Rescue utilized a chainsaw and hand labor to remove a dead tree wrapped in vines from the roadway.
September 19 – Night Shift
1417 St Thomas St. / Arrest:
While conducting a business check at this location police were walking the parking lot and discovered Lucas Dodson in his vehicle actively using narcotics. Dodson advised he had no legitimate business in East Ridge he just frequents to use narcotics because he knows the penalties are not as bad. He was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence.
6700 Ringgold Rd. / Arrest:
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location which resulted in Teri Harris being arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia. David Ronig was also taken into custody for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. The vehicle which came from Motel 6 was removed by East Ridge Auto and the dog inside was turned over to animal control.
3626 Missionaire Ave / Domestic Assault:
Jesse Waters was arrested for DUI, Interference with emergency calls, and domestic assault after assaulting his father and then leaving the scene.
1000 S Seminole Dr/Warrant service:
Sarah Prather was arrested on several East Ridge warrants during a traffic stop at this location.
6701 Ringgold Road/Drug arrest:
Tyree Patton was arrested for simple possession, possession of sch I for resale and possession of a firearm during a felony following suspicious activity at this location.
600 Germantown Rd. / DUI Arrest:
Eliezer Vicente was arrested for DUI.

September 20 – Day Shift
5544 Little Debbie Pkwy (Warrant Service):
Mark Stamey was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge Petition to Revoke warrant for DUI, after contact was made with him by Collegedale PD.
3629 Cline Rd. (Theft):
The resident called to report that her Trump 2020 political sign was stolen from her yard sometime overnight.
3936 Ringgold Rd. (Shoplifting):
Two black females wearing facemasks exited Save-A-Lot with approximately $539.43 worth of groceries without paying. The pair left the area in a black older model SUV.
3725 Fountain Ave. Apt 83 (Domestic assault):
A woman was assaulted by her boyfriend, Cody Phinizey, after an argument at this location resulting in injuries to her body. Warrants are being sought.
5423 Marion Ave (Property Damage):
The resident reported that her window was broken by steel BB sometime between 1100 and 1200. Police determined that several juveniles were shooting BB guns at a nearby yard and a projectile struck the window. Police spoke with the parent of the juveniles and he agreed to pay for the damages. He was also informed of the City Ordinance prohibiting the shooting or launching of projectiles within city limits.
4338 Ringgold Rd (Theft Recovery):
Brandy Howard stated that she found her daughter’s missing Coleman mini-bike on Facebook Marketplace and the seller agreed to meet with her. The seller, Charles Davis, stated that the mini-bike was found approximately four weeks ago in the back of blue 2020 Ford F150 truck that belonged to Thrifty Dollar in Chattanooga, TN. Davis stated that he did not know the mini-bike was stolen when he placed it on Facebook Marketplace and gave it to Howard.
6120 Schofield Rd/5700 Ringgold Rd (arrest):
Multiple parties reported a silver Nissan Altima speeding at this location endangering the kids in the neighborhood. Vehicle located and a traffic stop was performed at 5700 Ringgold Rd. Driver was Koby Proctor. A smell of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted where police found a Glock 30, 4.75 oz of marijuana, and a scale. Proctor was arrested and transported to the Hamilton Co Jail. $355 of cash on Proctor’s person was seized along with his Nissan Altima.
5322 Ringgold Road:
2007 Black Honda Ridgeline was involved in a hit and run crash at 0602. The vehicle was found at 5322 Ringgold Road in the side parking lot. The registered owner is Morales Rolfi Velazquez, 510 Central Dr. Chatt. Tn tag 8T50X8. Keys not left in the vehicle.

September 20 – Night Shift
700 S. Germantown Road / Evading (Vehicle):
A silver Buick or Ford Taurus occupied by a black male (driver) and black female (passenger) fled from police after a traffic stop was initiated.
125 Ridgeside Drive / Prowler:
Police received a call for someone on the back porch. No one was there but backyard gates were open.
408 Donaldson Road / Evading / Warrant service:
Police were dispatched to this address on an improperly parked vehicle. Upon police arrival, police witnessed Joshua Lively run from the vehicle towards Navajo Dr. Police were unable to locate him. Police spoke with the residents of 408 and arrested Brandon Quarles and Kaite Mccary on several warrants. Warrants for evading are being sought for Lively.
6016 Ringgold Road / Traffic stop:
Abigail Boudreaux was arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police served an arrest warrant for Forfeiture Capias: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Jacklyn Dunn. She is in custody at Hamilton County Jail.

Police served an arrest warrant for Forfeiture Capias: Driving on Suspended License on Katie McCary. She is in custody at Hamilton County Jail.
