September 06 – Day Shift
6710 Ringgold Rd-
Several cars were entered at this location sometime during the night. Report on file.
5420 Marion Ave-
Caller advised sometime during the night someone broke off the mirror on her vehicle and damaged her water hose.
913 Harris Ln-
Caller reported seeing a small white vehicle with no tag driving through the area turning around in multiple driveways. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
601 Walnut St-
Adrian Craighead was served with an ER warrant
1417 St Thomas St-
Caller advised of a disorder between a male and female in a white pickup truck at this location. Police spoke with the parties who advised it was verbal only.
323 Camp Jordan Pkwy-
Caller advised a white male came to a soccer game and was carrying a pistol on his hip that was visible. The unknown party was not threatening anyone or causing any type of disorder, but the caller didn’t think it was right for someone to be able to carry a firearm to a sporting event. The party did have a valid carry permit and had not broken any laws. He was sent on his way.
3824 Ringgold Rd-
Police responded initially to a report of a pedestrian struck/fight at this location. Upon arrival police spoke with a man and a woman who advised they were in a verbal disorder and the man got out of the vehicle to avoid arguing further. In the process of walking away from the disorder he tripped over a curb that knocked him to the ground. The couple advised no one was struck with a vehicle and the disorder was verbal only. There were no other witnesses or any signs of an assault on scene. There was also no damage to the vehicle.

September 06 – Night Shift
113 Cecil Ln. / Apt. Fire:
East Ridge police responded to an apartment fire at this address. When officers arrived on scene we spoke with the resident. She advised her stove was on fire. Officers entered the apartment to make sure everyone had evacuated and found flames coming from the stove. Officers deployed a department issued fire extinguisher and extinguished the flames. Fire arrived moments later to investigate, and the scene was given to them. No injuries to report.
AOA / Vehicle Pursuit:
Chattanooga Police were in pursuit of a vehicle that struck a police officer. East Ridge Police attempted to stop the pursuit utilizing spikes but were unable to deploy, since the suspect stayed on the interstate.
4214 Ringgold Rd / Vehicle Recovery:
Monteagle Wrecker advised that they towed a red Chevy Spark that was listed as stolen to their lot in Dalton, GA. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and a supplement was completed.
4008 Ealy Road / Traffic stop / Evading:
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location for a light law violation. The driver, identified as Christopher Ryan Posey, fled from the vehicle southbound on foot and was not located. He was located a short while later walking on Greenslake Road and fled on foot again but was captured and taken into custody for evading, driving without a license, and light law violation. He also had several full extradition felony warrants though Georgia.
4214 Ringgold Road/Auto theft recovery:
THP recovered a stolen vehicle that was taken from 908 Harris Lane. The vehicle was towed by Yates towing and removed from NCIC. The owner was notified.
1500 Adair Ave/DOS:
Brandon Parker was issued a misdemeanor citation in leu of arrest, for driving on suspended license.
Red Wolves Stadium/Bus Check:
While conducting a business check police observed a lock was unsecured.

September 07 – Day Shift
3412 Bennett Rd – DUI/Resisting –
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a suspicious male in the area knocking on doors. Upon arrival, police made contact with Crawford C. Bolden. Mr. Bolden was subsequently arrested for DUI and Resisting stop, halt, frisk.
5814-B Ringgold Rd. – Property Damage/Vandalism – Inked Expressions –
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a burglary from a business. Upon police arrival, it was determined not to be a burglary but property damage due to vandalism. No suspect information at this time.
1503 McDonald Rd – Criminal Trespass – Waverly Motel –
Christine Paulino was criminally trespassed from this location after she refused to pay for another night to stay in her room. Ms. Paulino became angry and refused to leave the property. Upon police arrival, Ms. Paulino left the property after being informed she was criminally trespassed.
323 Camp Jordan Pkwy – Armed Party/Non-threatening –
A Camp Jordan Park attendee reported observing a dark-skinned male party walking along the track and carrying a machete. This caused alarm with the caller who requested police check on the party..
1453 Mack Smith Rd – Theft from Vehicle –
The complainant requested a report regarding his Florida tag being stolen off his vehicle while it was parked at the Fairfield Inn. The tag was placed into NCIC.
517 Frawley Rd – Supplemental –
Police were contacted by complainant regarding a stolen skid steer. The complainant reported an employee found tracks leading to the Brainerd Walmart and the skid steer being loaded at that location. Walmart loss prevention was asked to review their video surveillance to see if their cameras recorded the skid steer being loaded in that area.
5510 Ringgold Rd – Property Damage – O’Reilly’s –
The store manager advised that upon his arrival at the store this morning he noticed the glass window was shattered right above the entrance door. No suspect information at this time.
September 07 – Night Shift
1604 Heather St (Disorder 20-011880):
Reporting party stated her landlords were on site requesting to speak with police concerning neighbors complaining about her dogs. The RP stated a neighbor from 1603 McDonald had approached her about her barking dogs and she ordered him off her property. Officers spoke with the neighbor and advised him to contact animal services about the barking dogs. Officers did observe the animals barking while on scene.
3220 Gleason Dr Apt 56 (Theft 20-011883):
RP stated her ex-boyfriend took items from the residence. Warrants being sought for burglary.
5414 Ringgold Rd (Intoxicated Party 20-011884):
RP stated a white female almost passed out at the counter of Mapco. The parties were located in the 5300 block of Ringgold Rd. It was determined the female party was not intoxicated.
6300 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-011888):
Female party refused to leave the Krystal drive-thru when asked by staff. Sherean Walker was taken into custody for DUI, Disorderly Conduct, two counts of Reckless Endangerment and Violation of Implied Consent. Her small children were in the vehicle with her. Children were released to their grandmother.
5700 Roper St (Suspicious Activity 20-011889):
Caller stated they could see what appeared to be lights coming from inside an apartment which should be vacant. Officers were unable to make contact with anyone in the apartment.
5330 Dupont St (Harassment 20-011893):
The resident stated someone in her neighborhood was shining white laser pointers into her windows.
4249 Covington Dr (Prowler 20-011894):
Reporting party stated they heard someone outside their residence. Nothing was located.
900 S Seminole (Fail to Stop):
A blue Chevrolet S10, suspicious in the area, failed to stop for police. The registration plate on the vehicle did not match the truck. Per ERPD policy officers immediately ceased any attempts to halt the vehicle once it was clear they were fleeing.
601 Walnut St Warrant Arrest 20-011899):
Several East Ridge warrants were served on Savannah Bryant at the Hamilton County Jail.
1503 McDonald Rd (Warrant Arrest 20-011901):
Gavin Siharath was arrested on East Ridge warrants following a traffic stop.
