The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the administration of the East Ridge Police Department.
Aug. 18 Day Shift
6514 Ringgold Road (Mapco)- Theft-
The complainant advised he lost his wallet in East Ridge sometime between 1900 and 2100 on August 17, 2020. The man stated that he did not realize his wallet was missing until he found a fraudulent hotel charge on his First Horizon bank account at approximately 0900 on August 18, 2020. The charge was found to have been made in Chattanooga. There are currently no suspects.
3526 Pinellas Lane- Alarm-
Police responded to check the residence. Upon arrival the it appeared secure.
6401 Ringgold Road (McDonalds)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a black male begging for money and attempting to enter people’s vehicles in the drive through. On the scene, one woman said the black male, later identified as Andrew Walker, asked her for money then attempted to get into her car and stated they would engage in sexual acts together. Walker was taken into custody for aggressive panhandling, cleared, and taken to the Hamilton Co. Jail for booking
201 Eads Street (Dogwood Place)- Disorder with a Weapon-
The caller advised her 13-year-old son pulled a knife on her during an argument. Upon arrival the juvenile was arrested and transported to JDU.
6674 Ringgold Road (OYO)- Disorder-
The caller, a cab driver, advised a black male refused to pay for his cab ride. Upon arrival all parties had left the area.

Night Shift
1417 St. Thomas St:
A female subject called from an emergency room in Missouri to report that she had been raped on 8/16/20 at Motel 6 by a male. She stated that she responded to his ad on craigslist and agreed to meet him to discuss a job opportunity when he raped her and then forced her to get into his truck and drive to Missouri where he held her for two days before dropping her off at the emergency room.
3500 Ringgold Road/Suspicious Person:
A man was found spinning around and around in the middle of the roadway. He was transported to Parkridge East on protective custody.
6600 Ringgold Road/Arrest-Warrant-Assist other:
Robert Allen Hixson was found to have a warrant out of Catoosa County which they would extradite on.
5080 S Terrace/Drug arrest:
Brenda Arbajian was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at this location following a consensual encounter.
Stateline and Vero Beach/Arrest:
East Ridge stopped a car in Catoosa County for misuse of registration plates. Catoosa County arrived on scene and located heroin and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. The driver, Anthony Barker, was issued a traffic citation and then was arrested by Catoosa County.
5080 S. Terrace / Business Check / Arrest:
Police conducted a business check of AMC and located Cameron Burton behind the theater trying to find a place to sleep. During the encounter police discovered Burton was in possession of drug paraphernalia as well as heroin. Burton was charged accordingly.
4100 Ringgold Rd.
A male subject was taken into protective custody, for mental health concerns, and transported to ParkRidge East Hospital for an evaluation after he knocked on doors off residents identifying himself as an East Ridge firefighter and asking for them to buy him gas. After he was transported, crisis contacted PD and stated that he was found to be homicidal and claimed he wanted to kill his mother. However, officers were unable to determine who his mother was to contact her, and he refused to give any information on her. He is currently held at ParkRidge East on a C.O.N.
