July 25 – Day Shift
601 Walnut St-
Haylie Sherrard was served with an ER warrant
6710 Ringgold Rd-
An employee of Best Wester called police to advise that a man was not wearing a mask and was causing a disorder. The non mask-wearing man provided police with documentation stating he was exempt from wearing a mask. The employee still wanted the man trespassed from the location due to causing a disorder. The non mask-wearing man complied with the request and was sent on his way.

July 25 – Night Shift
822 Belvoir Terrace / Noise Complaint:
Police received a complaint about a loud pool party at this address. Officers made contact with the homeowner who stated that the party was ending for the night.
3900 Ringgold Rd / Arrest:
Police encountered Jessie Cadieux during a traffic stop related to a missing endangered juvenile. Following the traffic stop Cadieux was taken into custody for three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, harboring a missing juvenile, and resisting arrest. The juvenile who was missing was recovered from the vehicle.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (Camp Jordan Arena) / Theft from a Vehicle:
The complainant reported that while he was working as a vendor for the special event in the Arena, his Ford F250 Truck was broken into and his Smith and Wesson Shield, 9mm pistol was stolen from his glove box. Along with the pistol, 1 x 7 round magazine loaded with 9mm full metal jacket ammunition and 2 x 14 round extended magazines loaded with same ammunition were taken as well. Police entered the firearm into the NCIC database.
1430 Millbro Circle / Deceptive Practice:
The complainant reported that he used his Visa credit card to purchase $15 worth of food from the Teriyaki of Japan Restaurant at 19:30. When he arrived home, he received an email from Chase Bank requiring a verification of a $150 purchase made at 19:38 from a Pilot Gas Station. Since the complainant did not make that purchase, the bank closed the card account to prevent further fraudulent purchases.
3900 Ringgold Road/Missing Juvenile:
Police recovered a juvenile during a traffic stop who was an endangered missing person. The juvenile also had two attachments out of JDU. The juvenile refused to exit the vehicle and began to resist arrest. The juvenile assaulted two officers in the process. The juvenile also beat her head in the back seat of the vehicle until damaging the camera in the back of the patrol car. The juvenile was checked out at TC Thompsons then transported to JDU.
4222 Ringgold Road/Narcotics Arrest:
Matthew Watson was arrested at the Speedway after being in possession of meth for resale, LSD for resale, edibles, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

July 26 – Day Shift
1221 Reeves Ave-
The resident advised that a party that he didn’t know showed up in front of his residence at this location and had passed out in a red pickup. Officers ran the tag on the vehicle and the vehicle came back stolen out of Chickamauga, Ga. The party inside the vehicle was identified as Joshua Cagle. Cagle did have a valid warrant out of Catoosa Co for auto theft. Cagle was taken into custody.
796 Flinn Dr-
The complainant advised an unknown suspect threw tires at her car causing damage to the vehicle. Unknown suspect. Report on file.
728 Frawley Rd-
Reporting party advised there was some trash that was on fire in the woods behind this location. Fire responded to the location and extinguished the fire.
601 Walnut St-
Mikel Hugley was served with an ER warrant.
July 26 – Night Shift
1100 Greens lake Road/Drug arrest:
Damon Payne was arrested for possession of meth following a traffic stop at this location.
3657 Ringgold Road/Stolen Vehicle arrest:
Police conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle behind the Cascades and arrested Billy Housley a verified Ghost Face Gangster. The vehicle was picked up by the owner.
6000 Ringgold Rd / DUI:
Santos Juan Morales was taken into custody for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at this location.
1430 Mack Smith Road (Cracker Barrel) / Theft from a Vehicle:
The complainant reported that between 1400 and 1600 hours, her Chevy Avalanche was entered without permission and her Under Armor backpack containing her MacBook Laptop and her purse was taken. The purse contained her wallet and medications. The suspect used one of her credit cards at the Dollar General Store on Hwy 54 in Cleveland, TN. Dollar General was able to capture security camera footage of the suspect and stated that it was a black male. No further description available at the time of the report.
