The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
July 22 Day Shift
201 Eads Street (unruly juvenile):
A family residing at Dogwood Place Apartments is currently under quarantine due to Covid-19 exposure. Their 14-year-old son is upset over this and slipped out of the apartment against his parent’s wishes. The teen, who has emotional issues, will be speaking with his case worker.
1633 Waterhouse Street (aggravated assault):
Complainant stated a former friend came to her house today to fight. Complainant claims the former friend pulled a knife on her upon arrival. The former friend was not present upon police arrival.
4214 Ringgold Road (auto theft):
Complainant stated her son was driving her vehicle when he was arrested on 7/21. Upon his arrest he turned the car over to a friend. The vehicle hasn’t been seen since, and the friend denies taking the car. It was entered into NCIC.

Night Shift
4348 Ringgold Rd (alarm):
Employee at this address set off the alarm while closing. Alarm went off multiple times throughout the night. Building secure.
5301 Ringgold Rd (susp):
RP called in stating two white males walking around the store. She stated the males looked like “crackheads.” Police stood by while the males purchased their items and left.
3900 blk of Ringgold Rd (misdemeanor citation):
Sharkella Joynes received a misdemeanor citation following a traffic stop. She was found to be in possession of marijuana.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Vehicle recovery):
East Ridge police were notified of a stolen vehicle recovery in Chattanooga. The 2005 Chevy Equinox was originally reported stolen from East Ridge. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and the owner was notified. Chattanooga did make an arrest of the driver.
1523 Keeble St (susp):
RP called in stating he heard the storage doors rattling near his house. Police checked the area but did not locate anything.
