The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
July 14 Day Shift
210 Edwina Court (suspicious activity):
A young girl called police after thinking she heard someone breaking into her home. All doors and windows were secure, and the residence was cleared. It’s believed a maintenance man, who was scheduled to come by today, was responsible for the sounds heard by the child.
4200 block Greenbriar Road (narcotics):
A neighbor called concerning the smell of suspected marijuana coming from this address. Police made contact with the resident who claimed to have been smoking CBD.
4155 Ringgold Road (open door):
Police located an unsecured storage unit door and unlocked freezer that leads into Pizza Hut. The business was checked, and the door was secured. Police were unable to locate a responsible.
6615 Stateline Road (auto burglary):
The resident reported that sometime between 1100 hrs and 1400 hrs on 07/11/2020 an unknown suspect removed his orange and gray Husqvarna 322L Semi-Pro, gas-powered, straight shaft weed eater from his lawn trailer while he was swimming. No suspect information is available. The item was entered into NCIC.
5301 Ringgold Road (DUI):
Nicholas Hayden Henderson (w/m) was arrested for DUI after crashing into three separate vehicles.
846 Belvoir Terrace (auto burglary):
The resident stated someone entered his unlocked vehicle overnight and stole a pair of sunglasses and his prescription for Oxycodone.
728 Frawley Road: (vandalism):
The resident reported finding the rear window of his Dodge Journey broken out.

Night Shift
3919 Weldon (Suspicious Activity):
Police responded to a report of an open crawl space door. Nothing appeared to be disturbed.
6737 Ringgold Rd (DUI 20-009091):
Anthony Frieson was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, failure to obey traffic control device, speeding and implied consent following a traffic stop at this location.
1000 South Seminole (Assault 20-009090):
The complainant stated he had been punched as a result of a road rage incident. He stated while traveling with his daughter and pulling a lawnmower trailer, a white male pulled up next to him and began cursing him. He stated the incident escalated when the male party pulled in front of the complainant’s vehicle, slamming on his brakes and causing both vehicles to stop. The suspect exited his vehicle and struck the complainant in the arm. The victim retaliated by striking the suspect in the face. The suspect white male left prior to police arrival.
1007 Hurst St (Vehicle recovery 20-009093):
Deputies in Walker County Georgia recovered a stolen 2004 Buick Rendezvous, which was originally stolen in East Ridge, Tn. The victim was notified and supplement completed.
1607 S Seminole (Suspicious Activity 20-009101):
RP advised dispatch she was hearing noises around her house again and asked Police to check the area. Nothing Located
6674 Hilton Dr (Prowler 20-009102):
Reporting party called about a possible prowler in her neighbor’s yard. Police arrived and located Corey Cortez Abernathy. Abernathy was found to have warrants for theft over $2,500 through Hamilton County. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. Officer’s checked the area to see if anything had been disturbed. All property seemed to be in place and nothing disturbed.
