The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along report” provided by the administration.
June 23 Day Shift
6725 Ringgold Road:
On Monday, 6-22-20 a carjacking was committed at about 1800 hours from the Family Dollar store. The victim was assaulted during the incident. Stolen was a 2004 Mazda 6, white in color. He was able to provide the needed information for entry in NCIC. The car was entered in NCIC.
814 South Seminole Drive- Warrant Service-
Police encountered Matthew Jolly at this address. He was found to have an East Ridge warrant. He was arrested and transported to 601.
Ringgold Road @ I-75 North- Stolen Vehicle Recovery/Arrest-
While on patrol police observed a black Nissan and checked the registration. Upon doing so the vehicle information returned as stolen from Rhea County. The vehicle was stopped, and the occupants were detained. The driver, Landon Smith was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. The passenger, Elysia Wimpy was found to have two non-extraditable warrants out of Georgia. She was transported to Parkridge East per her request regarding a previous illness.
4036 Brookfield Circle- Lost/Stolen Decal-
The reporting party stated the annual decal for her Tennessee vehicle registration, 839CMG, was lost or stolen. The woman stated she realized the annual decal was missing on the morning of June 23, 2020 when she arrived at work. The woman was unclear on when or where the decal was taken from her vehicle and had no potential suspects or witnesses.
5308 Lazard Street- Lost/Stolen Decal-
The reporting party stated the annual decal for his Tennessee vehicle registration, CFW377, was lost or stolen. The man stated he realized the decal was missing on the afternoon of June 19, 2020 while he was traveling out of town. The man was unclear on when or where the decal was taken from his vehicle and had no potential suspects or witnesses.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (Chickamauga Creek)- Lost Property-
Police spoke to the reporting party in reference to lost property. The man stated that on 6-20 he was kayaking in the creek and his kayak turned over, resulting in his Ruger 9mm falling into the water. The man stated he attempted to check the water for the firearm but was unable to locate it. The firearm was entered in NCIC as lost property.

5812 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Raquann Stowe was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on revoked following a traffic stop.
6408 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Seann Gastaneta was arrested for tampering with evidence, simple possession, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV, and possession of schedule II following a traffic stop.
608 Melville / Disorder:
Police responded to this location twice in reference to a disorder between two brothers who were involved in a disorder over the care of their mother. After the second response by police, one of the brothers agreed to leave for the evening to prevent any other incidents. Since both parties were intoxicated, police ensured he received a ride.
700 S. Moore Road/Traffic Stop-Misdemeanor Citation:
Keisha N. Miller was issued a misdemeanor citation for Driving While License Revoked.
1301 Greenslake Road/Suspicious Activity:
Someone called to report that the convenience store at said address was open and usually closed at this time. Business employees stated everything was okay and they were remaining open later tonight.
