The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
May 4 Day Shift
3712 Mary Anna Drive (child found):
Police responded to the area where a small child was found unattended in the roadway. Police located the residence and returned the child to his mother. A CPS report was made.
4150 Ringgold Road (theft):
Walmart reported that an unknown male picked up $218.17 of groceries through Door-dash and failed to deliver the product.
2031 Pioneer Ridge Trail (auto burglary):
The resident reported that an unknown person entered his vehicle Saturday morning at 0330 hours and stole a lug nut wrench from the glove box.
202 Brookwood Dr (theft):
The resident reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole his Werner combo ladder and leftover vinyl roofing material from his backyard.
6650 Ringgold Road (vandalism):
The complainant’s right side rear window was broken out sometime overnight. No items were taken from his truck.
6725 Ringgold Road (assault):
Chun Chen and Stephen W. were in a disorder at this location when Chen took several swings at Stephen. Warrants were taken out for Chen.

Night Shift
6519 Ringgold Rd-Super 8 (civil):
The complainant called to report her vehicle stolen by her niece. Alleged theft occurred in Dalton, GA. The complainant was informed she would have to report it to Dalton PD.
4003 Woodmont Dr (tree):
Large tree down blocking the road. Street department notified. No lines involved.
1410 Mack Smith Rd. (criminal trespass):
Heather Nicole Gravitt was criminally trespassed from the Budgetel.
100 I75 northbound (abandoned auto):
TDOT requested police to have a vehicle removed from the construction zone. The vehicle was blocking on and off ramp of the dump trucks. Cannons arrived and towed the vehicle.
1410 Mack Smith Rd. #4114 (disorder):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding neighbors hearing yelling and banging. Reporting party stated they heard a male tell a female he would kill her. Police spoke with occupants of the room. A male told police he was the maintenance man and he would find out who called the police and have them kicked out. Police instructed the maintenance man that he could not threaten people for calling the police. The other occupants stated they were singing karaoke and would keep it down.
