The following information was compiled from “pass along” reports furnished by the administration of the ERPD.
April 27 Day Shift
3500 block Connelly Ln-
A male subject was found unresponsive, and without a pulse in the bathroom at this location from a possible drug overdose. Officers began CPR and administered Narcan to him on scene. He was transported to Parkridge Main for further medical evaluation. Report on file.
3329 Ringgold Rd-
The complainant advised someone stole the catalytic converter on his vehicle that was parked at this location over the weekend. Report on file.
941 Spring Creek Rd-
Caller advised his vehicle was hit by an unknown type of vehicle while parked at Parkridge East on 4-24-20. No suspect info at this time.
700 Pyron Ln-
Caller advised of suspicious male going in and out of people’s yards. Once in the area, officers encountered two men walking in the neighborhood. They were advised to move on.
1627 Waterhouse St-
The complainant advised her iPhone was stolen at this location a week ago. No suspect info at this time.

Night Shift
1608 Parkway Dr./Arrest-Warrant:
Cameron Shaquille McDuffy was arrested on Aggravated Assault warrant which was issued on April 11, 2020.
3504 Missionaire Ave/ Found Child:
Police were called to this location in reference to a missing child returning home after getting into a verbal argument with his legal guardian. The child was removed from NCIC.
601 Walnut Street/Arrest-Warrant-Alias Capias:
Derrick Montrel Owens was transported by Chattanooga and paperwork was faxed.
4101 Wiley Ave/Suspicious Activity:
Caller reported seeing two individuals run from the rear of a house, get into a car and leave. Nothing located.
3920 Ringgold Rd (shoplifting):
Two unknown black males entered the Dollar General and while one watched the front counter the other placed four Gain laundry detergent containers into his jacket. There was no suspect information available from employees on scene beyond a clothing description.
4907 Court Dr. / Noise:
Police checked the area after receiving a complaint about loud music. Police located to source of the music and spoke with the owner who agreed to turn it down.
1000 John Ross / Traffic:
Police conducted a traffic stop and located through consensual search 8 syringes loaded with what the suspect identified as Morphine, Heroin (approximately .3 grams), and several types of narcotic paraphernalia. Warrants are being sought for the arrest of Crystal Castleberry for possession of schedule II narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia.
6200 Ringgold Road (Taco Bell) / disorder:
Management stated that a white male was knocking on customer’s windows while they sat in the drive through. He asked people to buy him food. Police identified the male as Jeff D., a homeless man. Management requested for him to be criminal trespassed from Taco Bell. Police notified Jeff that he was not to return, and he departed without further incident.
5902 Ringgold Road (Public Storage) / Police Assist a Citizen:
Tiffany S., a new renter of a storage unit remained in her unit passed closing hours and was locked inside the gated area. Police obtained a code and allowed the woman to exit through the gate and depart the area. Management was notified of the incident.
