The following information was compiled from “pass along” reports provided by the administration of the ERPD.
April 23 – Day Shift
2103 Eledge Rd-
Reporting party called and advised an unknown W/M came to her residence to ask her for a light for his cigarette. Police checked the area but were unable to locate.
1533 Waterhouse St-
CPD requested a check at this location for a runaway juvenile from their jurisdiction. Officers located the juvenile and she was turned over to CPD. (CPD complaint number 20-0039525)
3715 Fountain Ave–
Caller reported their 57-year-old roommate passed out in the hallway in front of their apartment. He was transported to Parkridge East.
3402 Betty Ln-
Monroe Co, FL Sheriff’s Office called and requested officers check this location for a man who is a possible suspect in a fraudulent use of a debit card in their jurisdiction. Police were unable to make contact with anyone. Vehicles at the location did not come back to the suspect.

April 23 – Night Shift
5908 Ringgold Rd / Suspicious person:
Police were called due, to a male subject not appearing normal in the back parking-lot of Teriyaki House. Police determined him to possibly be having a mental health episode. He voluntarily agreed to be evaluated at Parkridge East Hospital.
4338 Ringgold Rd (Food Lion)/ Theft:
Police were called in reference to a theft. Report taken
201 Eads St. Apt 421 / Domestic Assault:
Jamall Brantley was arrested for domestic assault following an altercation with his spouse.
112 Fawn Drive / Assist Animal Services:
Police responded to assist Animal Services with investigating a dog bite. Animal Services Officer explained the city ordinance requiring animals on leashes and the repercussions if the dog owner fails to comply and further incidents occur.

April 24 – Day Shift
805 Harris Drive (theft):
The complainant reported approximately $8,000 worth of firearms were stolen from his safe by homeless parties that he allowed to live in his home.
6700 Ringgold Road (theft):
James Lavender was issued a misdemeanor citation for shoplifting at the Circle K on 4/21/20.
6100 Ringgold Road (traffic stop):
Heather Carroll was arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop at this location.
571 Wando Drive (deceptive practice):
The resident filed a report after receiving a letter stating he would be receiving unemployment through the State of Georgia. The resident has not filed for unemployment benefits.

April 24 – Night Shift
5707 Ringgold Rd (Obstructing a highway):
William Cody Bell was arrested for obstructing a highway, public intoxication and resisting arrest after he was walking in the eastbound lanes of Ringgold Rd.
800 S Germantown Rd (DUI):
Michael Mayes Sr. was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.

April 25 – Day Shift
3980 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Ronald A. Stevens was arrested for burglary of an auto after breaking into the cab of a semi-tractor parked at this location.
6725 Ringgold Road (criminal trespass):
Bertha Cummings was trespassed from the Chattanooga Mercantile after creating a verbal disorder with the owner.
3708 Norma Drive (fraud):
The resident wired $4,000 to an unknown person who called claiming to be her grandson. The caller claimed the money was needed to hire an attorney following a crash and subsequent arrest. Unknown suspect at this time.

6100 Welworth Ave. (DUI):
Dmitriy Kanashin, was arrested for DUI after damaging several mailboxes with his automobile and leaving the scene.

April 26 – Day Shift
3626 Ringgold Road (vandalism):
A truck driver reported an unknown suspect(s) damaged the lock on the driver side door of his 2015 Volvo semi-truck.
6401 Ringgold Road (found property):
A food delivery driver found a debit card, belonging to Lanautica Green, lying in the parking lot. The card was placed into Property and Evidence.
6514 Ringgold Road (drug arrest):
Michael Brinkley was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for resale following a traffic stop at this location. Malik Massey, the passenger, was issued a misdemeanor citation for criminal simulation.

April 26 – Night Shift
4338 Ringgold (susp person):
Reporting party called in stating two white females were high on meth. Police ran the parties and sent them on their way.
722 Shady Dr (noise):
Reporting party called in stating a loud party was going on behind the address. Police were unable to locate anything.
6519 Ringgold Rd (susp vehicle):
Hispanic male driving a two door Honda Accord took off on police after he was parked in front of the super 8 sleeping.
4011 Ringgold Rd (Criminal Trespass)
Quentin Price was criminally trespassed from the Marathon gas station after an altercation with the clerk.
3400 Frawley St (shots):
Reporting party called in stating four to five shots occurred in the area. Charlie team also had many calls on this but unable to locate anything in East Ridge.
