The following information was compiled from “pass along” reports provided by the administration of the East Ridge Police Department.
April 21 Day Shift
201 Eads Street Apt. 542 (reckless endangerment):
Kevin Shippey was arrested on three counts of reckless endangerment following an investigation concerning a bullet shot into Apt. 541 which was occupied by a mother and two children.
6708 Ringgold Road (theft):
The store clerk reported a white male entered the Circle K store and stole a handful of Slim Jim brand beef sticks and a variety of Cliff bars.
5408 Ringgold Road (lost property):
The complainant believes he lost his wallet at the Valero yesterday afternoon.

Night Shift
5337 Ringgold Rd/East Ridge Hardware (Theft):
A woman had staff make her a new Honda Key valued at $80. The woman walked out with the key. Police were able to speak to her mother and she offered to pay for the key on 4/22. Pending the key being paid for will depend if East Ridge Hardware will prosecute.
3400 Lisa Dr (aggravated trespassing):
The resident came home to find Michael Seidel hiding in her closet. He ran on foot when she called police. She stated she knew who he was but did not have permission to be in the residence. Warrants were taken out.
3502 Ringgold Road (Aggravated Assault):
The complainant got into a verbal argument with the driver of a black Chevy Malibu after swerving into his lane on his bicycle to avoid a collision. The complainant advised the driver pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him. The driver left the scene when the complainant told him he was calling the police. The suspect was described as a white male with a heavy build and brushed back brown hair.
409 Alice Drive (Disorder/ Warrant Service):
The complainant was in a verbal disorder with his uncle after the uncle broke the front window. The complainant declined to press charges. Sarah Prather was located hiding in a closet of the residence. Prather was taken into custody for three East Ridge warrants. Prather was released on her own recognizance.
