The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
March 31 Day Shift
4222 Ringgold Road (Mapco)- Disorder/Mental Health Consumer-
The caller advised of a black female loitering on the property refusing to leave. Upon arrival police spoke to the woman and she left the property.
A short time later police were summoned back due to her return. Management advised once police left the first time she returned and entered a customer’s vehicle. Upon speaking with her for a second time she started exhibiting signs of mental distress. She was transported to Parkridge East for a mental evaluation.
802 Sweetbriar Circle- Improperly Parked Vehicle-
The caller advised of a large truck parked in front of a no parking sign. Upon arrival the vehicle had gone.
4006 Bennett Road- Theft-
Police spoke with complainant via phone in reference to a theft. The complainant stated on 3-30-20, she gave her Walmart pre-paid cash card to Jessica B. The complainant stated the two had an agreement that Jessica could have only $20 to purchase “cigarettes and drinks,” and then return the card. The complainant stated that Jessica never brought the card back, and when the complainant checked the balance on the card, the remaining $60 on the card had been used. The complainant stated she contacted Jessica via Facebook Messenger and Jessica allegedly stated that she was on the way back with the card but failed to show. Per the complainant, Jessica has currently “blocked her” on Facebook Messenger.

Night Shift
1521 Springvale Road / Harassment:
The complainant reported that her neighbor from next door, video records her anytime that she is outside her residence. The neighbor has erected camera’s that view the front and back of the complainant’s house. She doesn’t know why the neighbor is recording but the frequency has become an annoyance to her, her family, and her friends so much so that her friends no longer visit. She stated that if it continues, she wants to press charges.
1702 Prigmore Road / Supplemental (Burglary):
Complainant listed all of the property that he reported stolen on 03/29/2020 to add to the report.
609 Dunlap Ave/ Disorder:
Police responded to this location in reference to an active fight. Police arrested Cody Bell for resisting arrest, and Public Intoxication. The victim refused to press charges for assault.
3715 Ringgold Rd. / Food City:
Billy Davis was arrested for theft and public intoxication following an incident at the store.
1410 Mack Smith Rd / Back EMS:
Police were called to this location to assist EMS with a female subject. She displayed clear systems of Covid-19 disease and was also intoxicated. Police assisted in finding her juvenile son an adult to watch over him while his mother was transported to Memorial Hospital. A family member that lives In the room took possession of the child.
5810 Welworth Avenue/Aggravated Assault:
The complainant reported being threatened to be shot by a male at said address. Due to Covid 19 Protocol, a warrant is being sought for the suspect.
