The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
March 16 Day Shift
AOA Warrant Service-
Beverly Birch was detained and transported to 601 on Hamilton County warrants.
631 Marlboro Avenue- Domestic Assault-
Nicole Lesavoy was arrested and charged with domestic assault following a disorder with her husband.
1100 blk of Spring Creek Road- Fight-
The caller advised of two black females in a silver Nissan fighting in the roadway. Upon arrival the two had left the scene. Police checked the surrounding area with nothing located.
700 block of South Germantown Road- Suspicious Person/FI-
While on patrol police observed a white male pushing a shopping cart. The cart appeared to contain an Amazon shipping box and several other miscellaneous items. The male identified himself to police as Jeremy H., a homeless individual from Chattanooga. Police inquired on the contents of the shopping cart and found that it contained a cardboard box, several aluminum cans, and several small pieces of scrap metal. Jeremy’s information was checked through dispatch. He was found to have a non-extraditable arrest warrant out of Kentucky. He was advised to leave the area.
AOA Warrant Service-
Paul Walker III was detained and transported to 601 on Hamilton County warrants following a Catoosa County hit and run investigation.

Edward Summey, Robb Giarrizzo, and Stephen Anderson were detained and transported to 601 following a traffic stop.
1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Disorder-
The caller advised of two black males refusing to leave the property. Upon arrival officers were able to assist motel staff with removing the males.
4104 Ringgold Road (Salvation Army Store)-
Wellbeing Check- The caller advised of an elderly female that appeared confused and was talking to a sign. Upon arrival the female was found to be an employee and was speaking to a repairman.
941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a black male lurking around the parking lot. While en-route officers were advised the male had entered the woods behind the hospital. He was not located.
2092 Lee Street- Abandoned Auto-
The caller advised a silver sedan had been parked in front of this address for approximately five days. Upon arrival the vehicle was stickered.
Castleberry Avenue @ State Line Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a suspicious white male with face tattoos walking through back yards in the neighborhood. Upon arrival police checked the area but didn’t locate the male.
3517 Pinellas Lane- Theft-
Richmond Beecher reported that $1,984 was stolen out of his Regions Bank Account using the Zelle online money transfer application. No suspect information at this time.

6708 Ringgold Road, Circle K/Suspicious Person:
Spencer Lee Rodgers is criminal trespassed from Circle K.
941 Spring Creek Rd./Parkridge East Hospital:
Parkridge East emergency room charge nurse called dispatch requesting officers respond and escort a patient back into the hospital, because she decided to leave the ER with an IV still in her arm and was refusing to come back inside. Officers asked if a certificate of need was in place for the patient and the staff stated no. Officers asked if the patient was being violent, they stated no. and stated security was with the female in the parking lot, but just refusing to go back inside and security could not force her to come back inside. ERPD asked dispatch to notify the ER that we also could not force her to come back inside and would not be responding.
6122 Sherwood Dr/ AOA-Warrants service:
Charles Holbert was taken into custody on two Hamilton County warrants & transported to the Hamilton County jail.
4222 Ringgold Road, Speedway/Park and Walk:
Checked ok, nothing to report. 0017 hrs.
613 Camp Jordan Parkway/Business Check:
Located an open door. 0044 hrs.
619 Camp Jordan Parkway, Ste. 105, Buddy’s Bar-B-Q/Open Door:
Nothing located inside. Door was secured. 0055 hrs.
