The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
March 2 Day Shift
4222 Ringgold Road (Speedway)- Traffic Stop/Misdemeanor Citation-
Tiffany Billingsley was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on revoked following a traffic stop.
5330 Dupont Street- Shots Fired-
The caller advised she heard a single gunshot coming from the Dutch Manor Apartments. Police checked the area but located nothing.
535 South Saint Marks Avenue- Improperly Parked Auto-
The anonymous caller advised of a gray truck parked in a no parking zone. Upon arrival the vehicle was observed to be neither in a no parking zone nor was it a traffic hazard.
408 South Howell Avenue- Theft-
Police spoke with the caller by phone regarding the theft of her vehicle tag. There are no suspects.
1417 Mack Smith Road (East Ridge Retirement Center)- Fall Victim-
Police responded at the request of Fire regarding an elderly female falling down a flight of stairs. CID also responded. The female was transported to Erlanger with serious injuries.
5500 block of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/Arrest-
Tracey Henderson and Donielle Whitt were arrested and charged with several drug charges following a traffic stop
500 block of South Seminole Drive- Traffic Stop/Misdemeanor Citation-
While on patrol officers observed a tan Chevrolet traveling north in the 500 block of South Seminole. Police initiated a traffic stop for equipment violation and contacted the driver, Crystal Castleberry. While issuing Castleberry citations for the equipment violation and for not providing proof of financial responsibility, officers requested the K9 unit respond to the location for a narcotics sniff on the exterior of the vehicle. The K9 unit responded and conducted the sniff which resulted in a positive alert on the vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted. A bag containing several syringes, several spoons with suspected narcotics residue and rolling papers was in the floorboard under the passenger seat. Castleberry admitted to being an IV drug user and stated she was seeking information on rehabilitation. Castleberry was issued traffic citations and a citation in lieu of arrest for drug paraphernalia.
547 Marion Avenue- Aggravated Domestic Assault-
The complainant advised his wife, Denise Ellis, threw an eight-inch steak knife at him during an argument. She was arrested and transported to 601.
505 South Moore Road- Suspicious Person-
Police responded to OLPH in reference to unwanted and aggressive repeat panhandler. On scene, police were advised that a slim build, black female wearing a wig was observed on the property asking people for money. The subject was GOA; however, police later located the subject and the vehicle she was riding in, a white Infiniti 4-door sedan with Indiana drive-out tag, in the parking lot of the Murphy Gas Station. Police performed a field interview on the subject, identified as Kimberly P. and the driver. Kimberly was advised to stay away from the Lutheran Church on Belvoir Ave, OLPH and East Ridge Church of Christ on McBrien Rd.

Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police served a warrant for Criminal Simulation on Larry Lee Grimes who was in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
6116 Ringgold Rd (McDonald’s)/ Domestic Assault:
Police were called to this location in reference to a rolling disorder. The victim stated she was driving southbound on I-75 with her husband and their six-year-old daughter when her husband punched her in the face. The victim stated that her husband got out on foot and fled the area in the 6100 block of Ringgold Rd. The victim refused medical attention and wrote police a volunteer statement. Police are seeking warrants for the husband’s arrest, for Domestic Assault and Reckless Endangerment.
6500 Ringgold Rd / Arrest:
Dillon Bible was taken into custody for Walker County warrants following a traffic stop at this location.
4200 Ringgold Road/Misdemeanor Citation-Traffic:
Keith Martell Rawls, Jr. was issued a misdemeanor citation for Driving on suspended.
