The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
February 27– Day Shift
1400 Sewanee Drive- Traffic Stop/Arrest-
Bilareo Romerez was arrested and charged with driving without a license following a traffic stop. Broomes towed the vehicle.
201 Eads Street (Dogwood Apartments #445)- AOA Arrest-
Officers assisted US Marshalls with apprehension and transport of Jeremy Daniels on Federal Probation Violation warrants.
1508 Karwill Lane – Vandalism-
Police responded to ERPD headquarters and spoke with the complainant. She advised she was evicted from the residence on 2-25-20 at around 0930 due to nonpayment of rent. She stated the unknown maintenance staff proceeded to clear the residence out, by removing the complainant’s belongings and put them on the roadway and stated to her that she had 48 hours to pick the items up. She stated when she returned to the above address on 2-26-20, she noticed someone had defecated on her daughter’s clothes that were inside a bag. Police observed pictures on the complainant’s phone that showed what appeared to be feces on the clothes in question. She stated that the clothes were new, and some still had the price tags on some. She stated that she had to throw away all the clothes, and they were valued at $200. The complainant was not on scene during this incident and did not physically see any of the maintenance staff commit this offense.
1417 St. Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Disorder-
Brittney Harris was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an altercation with motel staff.
Warrant Service-
Justin Bynum was served an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail

February 27 – Night Shift
3657 Ringgold Rd / Arrest:
Following a consensual encounter at this location Andrew Sizemore was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine. During the same encounter Aundrea Couch was taken into custody for possession of Schedule V drugs and drug paraphernalia.
900 S. Seminole / Traffic:
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location which resulted in a misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana being issued to Michael Usher III. Police also located a firearm in the vehicle but do the location of the firearm were unable to determine who actually possessed it. Due to no one claiming the firearm it was recovered by police and entered into property and evidence. It was discovered Usher is a validated member of the Rolling 40 Crips but claims to no longer be active after being “beat out.”
3212 Gleason Drive / Found Property:
The resident reported that an unknown person abandoned a Genesis GX7 bicycle in his driveway and walked westbound on Gleason Drive. Police secured the bicycle and entered into property and evidence.
3400 Lisa Drive / Burglary in Progress:
Police responded to this location. After clearing the apartment, police spoke to the resident through a juvenile interpreter. The resident stated that he felt someone choking him while he slept. He awoke to a male figure dressed in black standing over him. Police questioned the other residents who did not see anyone but only heard the victim going through the apartment banging on the doors. No indication of forced entry located.
915 S. Seminole Dr. / Arrest:
John Boyd was arrest for drugs for resale and a firearm charge following a traffic stop.

February 28 – Day Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Marlise Harrison turned herself in to police to be served on two East Ridge warrants. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail for booking.
3508 Ringgold Road (shoplifter):
Walgreen’s management called regarding a white female with brown hair wearing a maroon shirt and blue jeans who walked out of the store with a basket unknown items without paying.
1517 Tombras Avenue (warrant service):
Lisa Picca was arrested at City Hall on active Hamilton County warrants. She was transported to jail.

February 28– Night Shift
701 State Line Rd (Animal):
Reporting party stated that a dog was tied up in the yard without adequate shelter. Police found that the dog had access to a heated back porch with food and water.
Warrant service:
William Kelley arrested on East Ridge warrant for FTA.
Warrant Service:
Cornelia Pollard arrested on East Ridge warrant for driving on revoked.
5700 Roper Street #m14 Aggravated Burglary –
Juan Hernandez forced entry into his estranged wife’s apartment, drew a large knife and attempted to assault her visitor “Fred Ramscheur.” Warrants sought

6911 Martha Avenue (disorder):
Lamar Bristol was criminally trespassed from this location at the request of the property owner, following a verbal disagreement.
4222 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Laura Brumlow was arrested on an East Ridge warrant after she was observed entering the Speedway.
5418 Ringgold Road (theft):
The owner of Apollo Car Wash reported the theft of one of his security cameras which occurred just after midnight this morning. The male suspect was with a white female in an older red Jeep Cherokee.

3900 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
Michael Harris was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
N Mack Smith Rd @ Spring Creek Rd (Warrant):
Crystal Johnson aka Crystal Hickman was arrested on three East Ridge warrants, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession, and possession for resale.
940 Spring Creek Rd. (arrest):
Kevin Brummitt was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, and prohibited weapon, following a traffic crash investigation at this location.
5401 Ringgold Rd. (alarm):
Police responded to the First TN Bank regarding an ATM alarm. Upon arrival, police made contact with a repair company, Diebold, who was working on the machine.
4100 Ringgold Rd. (arrest):
Thomas Murphy Jr. was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession following a traffic stop at this location.

803 S. Moore Road (domestic assault):
Pamela Brooks was arrested for domestic assault after she struck her ex-boyfriend in the face with a phone.
4000 Ringgold Road (evading):
A black motorcycle with a Georgia plate, driven by a white male with a white female passenger, refused to stop for police. The motorcycle was last observed traveling south on John Ross Road.
4000 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
John Chastain, a validated vanilla gorilla ghost face gang member, was arrested on felony warrants from Georgia following a traffic stop at this location.
4100 Ringgold Road (misdemeanor citation):
James Gray was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on suspended following a traffic stop at this location.
4104 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Lisa Beaird was taken into custody on a Catoosa County warrant for probation violation following a consensual encounter at this location.

817 S. Germantown Rd. (DUI):
Amber McAllister was arrested for DUI at this location following a single vehicle crash.
6 Sheridan Dr (Alarm):
Police responded to a glass break sensor alarm at the empty residence. Police found no signs of forced entry and no one appeared to be in the residence. Police located several cracked windows at the residence but could not determine the date and time they occurred. Owner information was not available for the home.
4200 Ringgold Rd (Assist Other Agency):
During a routine traffic stop, Santos Lorenzo Gonzalez was taken into custody on a Hamilton County Warrant for Failure to Appear.
