The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
Feb. 26 Day Shift
620 Camp Jordan Parkway (Bass Pro)-Alarm-
Police responded and checked the business with the key holder. Everything appeared to be ok.
6674 Ringgold Road (Rodeway Inn/Oyo)- Traffic Stop/Arrest-
Police encountered Steven Goldberg, Nathan Hudson, and Cruz Housley on a traffic stop at the motel. Goldberg gave police consent to search his vehicle and several prohibited items were located including an altered firearm. Goldberg was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Housley was arrested and charged with criminal impersonation, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hudson was detained and transported on Hamilton County warrants he was also charged with introducing contraband into a penal institution upon being searched at the jail.
4227 Ringgold Road (First Bank)- Hold Up Alarm-
Police responded and spoke to management. Everything confirmed ok.
4134 Ringgold Road (Jenkins)- Burglary-
Gail Jenkins advised an unknown white male suspect attempted to enter the business office through an exterior wall. The male was observed on surveillance tearing out a large portion of the wall around 0400 hours this morning. The suspect appeared to be about 5’6” with a thin build. He was dressed head to toe in camouflage clothing. CID responded.

Night Shift
601 Walnut St./ Warrant service:
Makayla Dillard was arrested at Hamilton County jail on an East Ridge warrant for Probationer Capias P.T.R Simple Possession of Marijuana, with no bond.
Harassment/ Tanager Cir:
Police were called to this location for harassment. Upon arrival, police spoke to the victim who received several threatening phone calls and text messages that accused him of being a rapist. The suspect is unknown. The suspect texted the victim his address and where the victim attended high school. The victim also asked that officers frequently drive by his home to make sure everything is ok.
850 McMann Drive / Juvenile Curfew Violation:
Police stopped a juvenile male walking on McMann Drive at 23:56 hours. The juvenile male told police that he fell asleep at his grandmother’s house in the Belvoir Apartments on Fountain. He was walking home to his house at 3906 Sells Drive. Police ran the juvenile name and DOB in the data base and results came back clear so Police escorted the juvenile to his home.
1515 Waterhouse St / Arrest:
Carmen Giles was arrested for driving on revoked for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
421 Broughton St / Suspicious Activity:
Police responded to this location after the reporting party noticed his dog in the back yard “aggressively barking.” Upon arrival police observed an active altercation between the dog and an opossum. Police were able to separate the two animals and send the opossum on his way.
1441 N Mack St (Holiday Inn Express)/ Suspicious Vehicle:
Police were called to this location due to the reporting party seeing two individuals checking car doors on the lot. The suspects fled prior to officer’s arrival in what is believed to be a silver Toyota Corolla. All efforts in locating the suspects were unsuccessful.
