The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports by administration.
Jan. 30 Day Shift
Warrant Service-
John Price was served East Ridge warrant number 125840 at 601.
4000 blk of Bennett Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a white female wearing a sundress and barefoot walking in and out of traffic on Bennett Road. She advised the female appeared to be confused. Upon arrival police checked the area but located no one.
1665 Waterhouse Street (Scott Memorial Church of God)- Suspicious People/Vehicle-
The caller advised of a white male and female in an orange truck parked on the lot. The caller advised the two appeared to be crazy. Upon arrival the couple was located on Waterhouse at McKinley Street. They advised they were attempting to ask permission to leave their vehicle on the lot. They were sent on their way.
900 blk of Spring Creek Road- Vehicle Burglary-
Upon arrival police spoke with the victim. She advised sometime between 0300 hours and 1000 hours and unknown suspect entered her vehicle and rummaged through her property. She advised the suspect also attempted to enter the vehicle’s trunk and hood areas. There was damage to the trunk lock and hood pull. She advised nothing appeared to be missing.
941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Suicidal Threats-
The caller advised her son was threatening suicide. She advised he may be sitting in front of the hospital. Upon arrival police located him in the area of Spring Creek Gardens. Upon speaking with him he advised he was not suicidal. Per his request he was transported to 5700 Ringgold Road and left with a friend.
Warrant Service-
Berlinda Jones was served East Ridge warrant number 138392 at 601.
5902 Ringgold Road (Public Storage)- Found Property-
Upon arrival police spoke to the manager. She advised while checking units today they observed a lock on unit #H252. The manager advised this unit was not rented out and should’ve had a blue plastic lock on it from the business. Upon cutting the lock the manager located several items in the unit. The manager re-secured the unit with public storage locks and notified police. Upon arrival police went to the unit and found several items including tools and paperwork. The items belong to Steven Nave. Nave is the suspect in a burglary of another unit at this location. Warrants were issued on Nave for theft of services and burglary.

January 30 – Night Shift
1426 S Moore Road / Arrest:
Spencer Rodgers was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, assault (on police,) and resisting arrest after being stopped at this location due to her riding a bicycle without any lights and pulling out in front of traffic on Ringgold Road.
1502 Swope Drive / Fight:
Police were called to this area for a fight in progress. The RP stated that two males were physically fighting in front of this address. Police attempted to make contact at the residence but no contact was made.
2333 McCallie Avenue / Warrant service:
Police served an East Ridge warrant on Samuel Young for failure to appear with a bond set for $2,500.
4011 Ringgold Road / Arrest:
Terrance D Schofield was arrested following a traffic stop for Criminal Impersonation, Tampering with evidence, and Simple possession. He was also served with four Hamilton County warrants at the jail.
122 Ridgeside Road / Auto Burglary:
Two parties were seen by the caller entering vehicles at 105 Ridgeside Rd. Nothing was noted as taken or damaged. Police arrived on scene to observe the two parties run into the woods toward the cemetery. They were wearing dark clothing, but little other description could be observed. A search of the area in the cemetery was conducted. Nothing was found.

January 31 – Day Shift
107 Coleson Trail (harassment):
The resident reported a male neighbor made flirtatious comments to her fifteen year old daughter.
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Dylan Kerr turned himself in on a Hamilton County warrant.
2001 McBrien Road (found property):
A red Schwinn bicycle was found abandoned at this address and was placed in Property and Evidence.

January 31– Night Shift
4348 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
Kenneth Sawyer was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
1100 Spring Creek Rd (DUI):
Carlos Perez was arrested for driving under the influence, underage consumption and driving without a license after officers were dispatched to this location for a disorder.
107 Coleson Trail. (Misc):
Officers were dispatched to this location regarding a juvenile wanting to report an adult male yelling offensive remarks as she walked by. Male party was GOA. A report has been filed.
1100 Spring Creek Rd. (Fight):
Officers were dispatched to Spring Creek Elementary parking lot for a group of people fighting. Upon arrival, there were multiple juveniles spread around the parking lot. No injuries were found, and all juveniles were released to their parents. No other action was taken.
6500 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
While on patrol, I observed a silver Xterra turn right on to Ringgold road from the interstate. While turning, the vehicle drove through the center median. After issuing a stop, the driver, Rocael Vicente, smelled of alcohol. I then performed a field sobriety test and determined Mr. Vicente was too impaired to be driving. He was unable to perform any SFST’s. Mr. Vicente was arrested for DUI and taken to the Hamilton County Jail. While at 601, Mr. Vicente was searched and officers found a small bag of possibly meth in his wallet. Mr. Vicente was also charged with possession.
5377 Greenbriar Rd (property):
RP found a backpack in their trashcan. Backpack was returned to the owner on scene to a neighbor.

February 01 – Day Shift
700 S Germantown Road (arrest):
Juan Saquich was arrested for driving without a license, no insurance, and turn signal violation at this location. Mr. Saquich did not have any identification and gave police two different names. Mr. Saquich was identified at the Hamilton County Jail.
3400 Bennett Road (evading):
Silver Infiniti with dark window tint with a Tn temp tag failed to stop for police.
601 Walnut Street (warrant service):
Johnny Pack was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on an active East Ridge warrant for petition to revoke/possession of meth.

February 01 – Night Shift
730 Germantown Circle (shots):
RP called in stating they heard 5 to 6-gun shots in the parking lot. Police searched the area but did not locate anything. Courtesy Officer is aware of the situation.
3400 Gail Dr apt 24 (dis):
Property manager called in stating four Hispanic males were causing a disorder in apartment 24. Overheard them saying they will be back in 24 hours. They left in a black Ford Explore.
3218 Gleason Dr. Apt 39 (Aggravated Domestic Assault):
Lakesha Hill was arrested for aggravated domestic assault after she struck her girlfriend in the head with a pot full of cooking grease.
915 S Seminole Dr (Auto Burglary):
Three unknown males entered a 2008 Dodge Charger on 1/31/2020 around 1917 hours. The unknown males stole a purse that contained a Cash App card and three social security cards.
4222 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
Johnathan Sandoval was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without a license following a traffic stop at this location.
2007 Mcbrien Rd. (noise complaint):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding barking dogs. Owner of the dogs agreed to put the dogs up for the night.
1501 Fruitland Dr. (susp persons):
Police were dispatched to the rear of East Ridge Alignment regarding people walking around with flashlights. Upon arrival, contact was made with an employee who was working on his personal truck.
4108 Bennett Rd. (susp vehicle):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a suspicious vehicle. RP stated a vehicle was driving behind the Day Care center without its lights on. Upon arrival, a vehicle was parked in the rear parking lot, the vehicle was unoccupied. The building appeared secured. No further police action was taken.
3814 Altamira Dr. (susp vehicle):
Police noticed an orange Mitsubishi parked in the driveway of this residence. The home has been condemned in the past. Police checked the tag on the vehicle, which came back to a Nissan Altima out of Rhea County. The VIN was checked by dispatch, the car has an expired registration out of Georgia to Jordan Shayne Muehleisen, of Dalton. Police checked the outside of the home and did see a possible entry point in the rear window by the A/C unit.
3300 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
Julio Hidalgo was arrested for DUI, 3rd, and Driving on a Revoked License (DUI) during a traffic stop. Hidalgo was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

601 Walnut Street (warrant service):
Paul Hayden was arrested at the jail on an active East Ridge warrant for Alias Capias driving on suspended.
1042 Greens Lake Road (theft from vehicle):
The resident reported an unknown suspect removed his TN registration (TN 5G83N7) from his 2011 gray Kia Sorento. The tag was entered into NCIC.
601 Walnut Street (warrant service):
Victor Bentley Davis was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on several East Ridge warrants.

February 02 – Night Shift
Frawley Rd @ Ringgold Rd (AOA):
Alix Duke was arrested for multiple Hamilton County warrants after she flagged down police for a ride.
1600 Keeble Street (Suspicious Person/Arrest):
William Burke was arrested for Public Intoxication following a suspicious person call in this area.
502 S. Seminole Dr. (vandalism):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a window that was broken. Police attempted contact with the homeowner but were unsuccessful. Report has been filed.
Maxwell @ Clemons (susp person):
Police met with a RP concerning a suspicious person walking the streets throwing his arms in the air like he just didn’t care. Police search the area; the person was GOA.
