The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
January 16– Day Shift
3724 Fountain Avenue (The Belvoir Apartments)- Shots Fired-
The caller advised while in his apartment (6) a bullet came through his ceiling from apartment (10) and struck the floor. Witnesses advised the occupants of (10) were observed leaving the property in a silver vehicle. Upon arrival police checked apartment (10) and no one was found. CID was contacted and responded. While investigating the occupant returned. This incident is still under investigation.
1604 Prigmore Road- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised a white female walking south on Prigmore Road tossed a handgun in the ditch in front of this address. When officers arrived, they contacted a Casey M.. Casey stated she and her boyfriend got into an argument, so she took the BB gun and threw it in the grass. She was advised to leave the area and the BB gun was put in property and evidence to be destroyed. The boyfriend was not located.
932 Spring Creek Road (East Ridge Eye Center)- Found Property-
The caller advised homeless people left property behind the business. Upon arrival officers started taking steps to have the large amount of old clothes and junk removed. While doing this the caller advised she wished to give the owners a chance to retrieve the property. She advised she would call back if no one showed up.
4150 Ringgold Road (Walmart)- Unconscious Person-
Police responded with Fire and EMS on a 70-year-old female unresponsive at the registers. She was transported to Parkridge East.
1512 Tombras Avenue (East Ridge Community Center)- Fight-
The caller advised of children fighting at the community center. Upon police arrival no fight was located. Several school children were observed “hanging out” in the front of the building but all advised there was no fight.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (Arena)- Mental Health Consumer-
Arena employees called regarding a male in their lobby talking out of his head. Upon arrival police encountered the male subject. He was transported to Parkridge Main per his request.

January 16 – Night Shift
1607 Maxwell Road / Miscellaneous:
Judith Evans called to report that a male claiming to be from Roku streaming service had attempted to scam her by telling her that she had overpaid and now owed the company $300. He requested that she buy a gift card and give him the card number. Judith recognized that this was a scam and did not purchase the card.
100 Interstate 75 NB/Crash-Property Damage:
A semi-truck traveling north bound in the #3 north bound lane hit the open door of a C. W. Matthews Contraction Company truck while it was parked on the shoulder and the employee was standing next to the open door. Driver of semi was issued a citation.
1500 Scruggs Road/Crash-Property Damage:
A white Mercury four door failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection of a private roadway from the back side of Food City onto Scruggs Road and pulled into the path of a Catoosa County school bus with 7 children on board. GPS showed the intersection in Georgia but Catoosa County refused to handle the crash.
5332 Oakdale Ave / DUI:
Courtney Mayo was arrested for driving on revoked (DUI) and DUI 3rd following a traffic stop at this location. Javier Francisco was also arrested for DUI by consent following the same traffic stop.
3410 Land Street / Suspicious Vehicle:
Police responded to investigate a suspicious vehicle. Two white males and one white female were located in a pickup truck. One of the white males provided a false name so he was detained until identity was verified. Robert Henley consented to a search of his person and belongings that were loaded in the bed of the truck. Six syringes and a white straw were located on his person and an additional syringe located in his belongings. Police issued him a misdemeanor citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and sent all parties on their way.

January 17 – Day Shift
6700 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Michael Stephens was arrested for several Hamilton County warrants following a traffic stop at this location.
1400 Mack Smith Road (traffic stop):
Clon Brock Stotts was arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop at this location.
3220 Ringgold Road (vandalism):
The complainant reported that an unknown white female and white male attempted to drill out the coin cups on the washing machines damaging the locks on three of the machines.

January 17– Night Shift
8 Sheridan Rd (Unconscious):
A male subject was transported to Park Ridge East after he overdosed on two roxies. Police had to administer Narcan.
6514 Ringgold Rd. (AOA):
Natasha Eubanks was arrested on multiple county and Georgia warrants. Eubanks was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Service):
Ellis Thornhill was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on two separate arrest warrants. Thornhill was arrested for a Capias of Probationer for Failure to Comply and an arrest warrant for Harassment.
1507 Tombras Ave (Juvenile):
Police were dispatched to the city library for a 17-year-old male masturbating. Upon arrival police made contact with the juvenile and was taken into custody. He was transported to JDC. The juvenile also had drug paraphernalia in his backpack.
3220 Gleason Dr. (Disorder):
Police were dispatched to 3220 Gleason regarding a possible domestic assault in progress. Upon arrival police made contact with the male and female who claimed it was a verbal only argument. After further investigation the male party was arrested for public intoxication, and failure to give his information. He also had warrants through Hamilton County.

January 18 – Day Shift
1301 Sunnyfield Lane (medical):
Police responded with Fire and EMS on an unconscious 101 year old female. Upon arrival she was found to be conscious and upset that first responders would not leave her alone.
1410 Mack Smith Road (disorder):
Police responded to a disorder at the front desk of the Budgetel. The argument was found to be over a refund and was resolved.
6712 Ringgold Road (burglary):
The complainant called from Maryland to report that her storage unit was burglarized. She advised that the unit had been entered several times within a 7-month period.

January 18 – Night Shift
3200 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity):
Police observed a black male walking eastbound on Ringgold Road from the Bachman Tunnels. The male then walked into the middle of the intersection at Ringgold Rd and S Seminole with several vehicles moving on the roadway. Police stopped the male and determined that he was a known mental health consumer in the area. The male was taken to Joe Johnson Crisis Support Unit for an evaluation.
601 Walnut St (Warrant Service):
Shondrika Jones was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on an Alias Capias warrant for Driving on a Suspended License.
1490 Dover Ln (DUI):
Sable Harris was arrested for DUI, Disorderly conduct and speeding following a traffic stop at this location.
I75 South Exit 1 (DUI/MVC):
Robert Desmond was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane after he left the roadway and struck a light pole.
3300 Ringgold Rd (AOA/ arrest):
Christian Robinette was arrested for a Hamilton County warrant, Possession schedule II and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at this location.
6831 Martha Ave. (Auto Theft):
The resident reported his 1994 Chevy Pick Up truck as stolen. The vehicle was recovered before the end of the shift.
210 Edwina Ct. (Domestic assault):
Alyssa Pinheiro, was arrested for domestic assault.
2007 Mcbrien Rd (arrest/Unknown trouble):
Denis Arslanovic was arrested for violation of conditions of release after his mother called stating he came home high and a danger to himself.
5700 Stateline Rd (arrest/SIA):
Jerry Cox was arrested on an East Ridge warrant.

January 19 – Day Shift
4116 Wade Drive (suspicious activity):
Police responded to a suspicious activity call in the area concerning a tree service truck with Ohio tags occupied by two white male occupants who were walking around knocking on doors. The truck was gone prior to police arrival.
4214 Ringgold Road (miscellaneous):
Jacob Monroe, who was arrested for public intoxication during the previous night shift, came to the police department to file a report stating that he was drugged at Alan Gold’s last night. He was referred to CPD.
Westside Drive (warrant service):
Sherry Wright was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant following a traffic stop at this location.

January 19 – Night Shift
4300 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
Jacqueline Womack was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at this location.
1706 Keeble St. (deceptive practice):
Police were dispatched to Sunny’s Convenient Store, regarding 4 juveniles attempting to purchase items with counterfeit/play money. Police located 3 of the juveniles on Key West Ave. Police interviewed the juveniles and released them into the custody of their parents.
Budgetel Room 3123 –Warrant Service/ Retaliation/Resiting Arrest/Drug Possession –
While serving an arrest warrant on Austin Newby, (currently at 601 +15k bond), resisted arrest, during and after being cuffed, and made threats on the lives of East Ridge Police Officers.

January 20 – Day Shift
AOA Warrant Service-
Jeffery Bearden was detained on Hamilton County warrants. He was transported to 601.
834 Belvoir Terrace- Suspicious People-
The caller advised of a truck load of teens in hot pink shirts going door to door in the neighborhood. Upon arrival a several students with Southern Adventist University were observed in the area. They advised they were engaging in community service operations.
4150 Ringgold Road (Walmart)- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised there was a small child left in a vehicle in the lot. Upon arrival officers located two children and a dog in the vehicle. A short time after arrival the mother arrived at the vehicle. She advised they requested to stay in the vehicle with the dog while she was in the store. The children and dog were found to be ok.
4213 Ealy Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a white male knocked on her door today trying to sell security systems. She advised when she questioned the validity of his sales pitch he left and went to her neighbor’s residence. Upon arrival police checked the area and located the subject on Dupont Street. He was checked for warrants and advised to obtain a city sales permit.
5319 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Suspicious Person/Suspected Theft-
The caller advised a male may have stolen clothing from the store. He advised the male left the area on a bicycle traveling west. Upon arrival police checked the surrounding area but the suspect wasn’t located.
