The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
Dec. 17 Day Shift
1413 Reeves Avenue (theft):
The resident reported an Amazon package was stolen from his front porch yesterday by an unknown black male.
1203 Blocker Lane (auto theft recovery):
The victim located his stolen vehicle in the parking lot of Brainerd Baptist East Ridge Campus. The vehicle was removed from NCIC.
3600 Weldon Drive (auto theft recovery):
Police recovered a silver Buick Verano abandoned at this location which had been reported stolen from Chattanooga.
1517 Tombras Avenue (suspicious activity):
A custodian at East Ridge City Hall located a used condom lying on the floor close to the bathrooms near the library. Earlier three male juveniles and a female juvenile were asked to leave due to their unruly behavior. Video shows them in the library, but there is no camera near the bathroom. A copy of the footage was placed into Property and Evidence.

Night Shift
1605 Glowmont St, Apt A (Found Property):
Police recovered several social security cards, credit cards, and medical cards from a ditch in front of the residence. Police quickly determined that property was the related to an Auto Burglary that occurred on 12-15-15 at 1605 Truman Ave. The owner was notified of the recovery.
3329 Ringgold Rd (Arrest):
Samphong Xayravong, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest, following a traffic stop at this location.
3700 Ringgold Rd. (broken down vehicle):
Police assisted a motorist with a flat tire at this location.
3452 Ringgold Rd. (alarm):
Police were dispatched to the Stop and Go fuel stop on a glass break alarm. Police checked location, everything appeared secured.
610 S. Germantown Rd. (fire):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a residential fire. East Ridge Fire Department responded and put the fire out.
Jessica Thornbury reported her husband as missing. She advised that he has PTSD and Paranoid Schizophrenia. Thornbury advised that he is suicidal and left her vehicle at the Walmart gas station. He was last seen walking toward Walmart from the Walmart gas station. He was entered into NCIC.
