The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
December 12 – Day Shift
387 Alice Drive (theft):
The complainant had his property manager install new locks at his residence on 12/01/19. Upon returning home that day he noticed his birth certificate was missing along with two firearms owned by his sister and cousin.
639 Camp Jordan Parkway (arrests):
Police responded to Chik-fil-a about suspicious parties in the lobby. Albert Lewis and Rick Lewis were both arrested for public intoxication, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Albert Lewis also had felony warrants through East Ridge and Georgia. The two were in possession of multiple watches, loose jewelry, and miscellaneous electronics.
4104 Ringgold Road (auto burglary):
Complainant reported that an unknown suspect broke out a passenger window on her vehicle and stole her purse while the vehicle was parked at the Salvation Army.

December 12 – Night Shift
3627-A Helen Lane – Auto Theft –
Vehicle stolen and subsequently recovered, intact, in Chattanooga.
4150 Ringgold Road (Theft):
A black female suspect wearing a dark coat and Leopard print hat, stole $47.10 worth of merchandise from Walmart. Management at Walmart provided a copy of surveillance footage which was then entered into property and evidence.
1333 Saint Thomas St. (arrest):
Joshua Anderson was taken into custody at this location. Mr. Anderson is being charged with violating conditions of release.
203 Eads St (Property Damage):
While on patrol, police came upon a FEDEX Tractor Trailer, that was stuck on Eads St. The driver of the Freightliner 18-wheeler was unable to make a turn from Eads St to Beulah Dr. When he attempted to back up, the rear trailer went off the roadway. Broome’s Wrecker Service responded to the scene with a class C wrecker, and the tractor trailer combo was relocated to Ringgold Road. A stop sign, a fire hydrant, and a homeowner’s earth berm received minor damages in the incident.

December 13 – Day Shift
Due to a crash on I-24 there were multiple issues with 18 wheelers stuck or close to being stuck in the tunnels. Fortunately, officers were able to turn some around before they became an issue.
1430 Millbro Circle- Vehicle Burglary-
Upon arrival police spoke with the resident. He advised sometime between 2030 hrs on 12/12/2019 and 0730 hrs on this date, an unknown suspect busted the rear driver’s side window of his 2018 silver Nissan Altima and removed a laptop computer. The victim advised the computer belongs to his employer and was last seen in a black backpack. He also advised it had an orange identification tag attached to it with the words “Juice Plus” written on it. The complainant did not have any suspect information. The victim was able to provide a serial number for the item and it was entered in NCIC as stolen. NIC# A455862997.
4011 Belvoir Drive- Vandalism-
Upon arrival police contacted the complainant. She advised upon stepping outside this morning she observed the front passenger side door window had been busted out. She advised the incident occurred sometime during the night. The complainant advised nothing appeared to have been taken. There is currently no suspect information or video of the incident.
6600 blk of Ringgold Road (I-75 South Exit Ramp)- Suspicious Persons-
The caller advised of two hispanic males attempting to flag down motorists as they left the interstate. The caller also advised the two may be traveling in a silver SUV that was parked nearby. Upon police arrival the males and the vehicle were gone.
6304 Brack Street- Theft-
The resident advised she had been storing an Estate washing machine and a Roper Microwave on the front porch of her residence. She stated a few days ago a white female with a tattoo on her arm inquired about purchasing the appliances. The resident stated when she went outside this morning, she noticed the items missing along with a black metal rocking chair. The resident stated she last saw the items last night around 2030 hours. The suspect is unknown.
4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service-
Crystal Jone turned herself into the ERPD for an active warrant for Theft under $500. She was accompanied by a member of Key Bonding and was fingerprinted and photographed at the ERPD.

December 13– Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Jeremy Conner was served with an alias/capias warrant for driving on revoked.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Crystal Horton was served with a warrant for driving on revoked.
941 Spring Creek Road / Arrest:
A female party was taken into custody at this location for disorderly conduct and vandalism after she damaged a police unit and began screaming and threatening to harm medical staff. The identity of the female party is still unknown. She was taken into custody as Jane Doe.
1503 McDonald Road / Overdose:
Silvester Hernandez II overdosed at this location. Parties on scene advised they administered Narcan and CPR prior to police arrival. Upon police arrival Hernandez was found to be alert and oriented to his environment. Hernandez spoke with EMS and the decision was made not to seek medical treatment. Hernandez was found to have active felony warrants through Hamilton County for aggravated burglary and was taken into custody. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
4330 Ringgold Road / Arrest:
Zachary Griffith was arrested following a traffic stop. Griffith was charged with driving on suspended and simple possession.
6400 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Vehicle:
Patricia Wilson received a misdemeanor citation for simple possession of marijuana.
3712 Mary Anna Drive / Violation of Conditions of Release:
Allan Matthew Malone violated Conditions of Release while incarcerated in Silverdale by calling the victim four times from 02:27 to 02:39 this morning. Warrants are pending for violating conditions of release.

December 14 – Day Shift
3614 Gleason Drive- Alarm-
Police responded to the residence and it appeared to be secure.
5312 Bennett Road- Warrant Service-
Matthew Poythress was arrested on an East Ridge warrant at his father’s residence.
4804 Madonna Avenue- Animal Call-
The caller advised of a nonaggressive dog running loose in the neighborhood. Upon arrival police located to animal and took him into custody. He was transported to the shelter and turned over to animal control.
Newport Drive @ Greenup Lane- Mentally Disturbed-
Police were called regarding a white female in the area screaming and yelling at herself. Upon arrival officers were unable to locate her. She was last seen walking south on Dover Lane toward Ringgold Road.
6104 North Mack Smith Road (Dialysis Clinic)- Alarm-
Police responded and checked the business. It appeared to be secure.
800 Belvoir Avenue (BCA)- Alarm-
Police responded and checked the school. It appeared to be secure.

December 14 – Night Shift
4150 Monroe Street / Theft:
White female wearing a black sweatshirt and stone washed pants with pink shoes ran out of Wal-Mart with $133.84 in merchandise and perishable goods. No further suspect info at this time.
1800 Prigmore Road / Pedestrian Struck:
The charge nurse at Parkridge East Hospital advised that a patient had come in who had been struck by a vehicle. Officers responded to find that a woman and her juvenile son had been walking in the 1800 block of Prigmore Road when they were struck from behind by a vehicle. The woman called her daughter who responded and transported them both to the hospital in her vehicle. Both the woman and her son were transported to Erlanger Hospital due to the severity of their injuries. There is no suspect or vehicle information. Information was forwarded to the traffic division for further investigation.
6514 Ringgold Rd (Mapco)/ Misdemeanor citation:
Alex Eason received a citation for simple possession following a traffic stop. A DCS referral was made for the child that was in the vehicle at the time of the stop.
6601Ringgold Rd / Arrest:
Serge John Griguts Jr was taken into custody following a traffic stop, due to him having five Hamilton County warrants and for driving on revoked license for DUI.

December 15 – Day Shift
6000 blk of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/Sovereign Citizen-
Officers witnessed a white Ford F150 driving with a private property tag on the license plate area. Once stopped and contact with made with the driver (traveler) Terry Harris. Harris attempted to hand police handwritten court paperwork. Harris stated he does not recognize state law because it is considered commercial law. He was cited for expired license and improper license. He stated he was going to take this incident to federal court.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (Arena)- Animal Call-
The caller advised they found a duck at the pond suffering from a possible gunshot wound. Police disposed of the animal. Animal Control was notified.
1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6 #141)- Disorder-
The motel clerk requested police assistance with a customer refusing to leave room 141. Upon arrival police contacted William Henry in the room. While speaking with him he advised he was having chest pains. EMS was contacted and responded. While waiting on EMS Henry was found to have a warrant through Bradley County. His medical complaints were deemed serious enough to require further medical treatment at Erlanger Hospital. Bradley County was advised on his location. Per CPD Henry has been transported to 601 after leaving Erlanger AMA.
Lomenick Cemetery-
The reporting party called to report a runaway was “hanging out” in the cemetery and wished for police to intercept him before he tried to run again. She also advised she believed him to be in mental crisis and requested he be transported to a hospital. Upon arrival the runaway juvenile was detained without incident and transported to Parkridge East.
10 I-75 South- Disorder with a Weapon-
Dispatch advised of a disorder with a weapon between two drivers on I-75 South just before the Tennessee/Georgia state line. Upon arrival in the area no one was located. Officers continued south and located one half of the disorder several hundred yards inside Georgia. Catoosa County responded and took over the investigation. The suspect in this case will be a black male driving a silver F150 with Georgia tags (no number). He should be armed with a black handgun, possibly a revolver.
1605 Truman Avenue- Vehicle Burglary-
Officers arrived and spoke with the complainant. She stated sometime between 1800 hours on December 14, 2019 and 1240 hours on December 15, 2019 an unknown suspected entered her unsecured Honda Odyssey and took her wallet. The victim stated the wallet contained her Tennessee Driver’s license, several credit/debit cards and identity documents to include social security cards. There is no suspect information.
1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Suspicious Activity/Burglary-
The caller advised Shane Martin was observed on surveillance video breaking into rooms. Upon arrival police spoke with management. They advised they did not wish to prosecute Martin but did want him to leave and not return. He was issued a criminal trespass warning and allowed to leave.
6674 Ringgold Road (OYO or Rodeway)- Narcotics Arrest/ Warrant Service-
While on patrol officers observed a red Ford truck in the parking lot of the OYO Motel. The vehicle was occupied by a white male in the passenger seat. Officers made consensual contact with the male, Dallas Collins, and immediately detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Collins stated he was waiting for a friend who had stepped into the motel to purchase a room. An information check was conducted on Collins revealing a verified warrant through Hamilton County. Based on the odor of marijuana a search of the vehicle was conducted. A bag Collins claimed was found to contain drug paraphernalia. A glass pipe with methamphetamine residue was also located in the console. Additionally, a syringe and an additional .5 grams of suspected methamphetamine was in his front right pocket. The driver of the vehicle, Richard Clowers did eventually emerge from the motel. Clowers was found to have a verified warrant through Georgia. Both men were transported to 601 Walnut and charged accordingly.

December 15 – Night Shift
5400 Ringgold Road / Arrest:
Derek Maust was arrested on an ERPD warrant for burglary and he was also charged with resisting arrest.
3307 Gleason Drive / MVC / DUI:
Ronald Bradford was traveling west on Gleason Drive. He left the roadway striking a brick mailbox, a brick wall and some shrubbery before returning to the roadway. His right front tire tore from the wheel just west of the intersection of Gleason Drive and Donaldson Road. He continued to drive on his rim for .5 miles until he was stopped outside his residence on South Seminole. Mr. Bradford was arrested for DUI.
720 Frawley Road / MVC / Warrant:
Christopher Walker was served with an East Ridge warrants for domestic assault and interference with emergency calls. Conditions were served.
