The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
Dec. 3 Day Shift
1510 Garner Street (suspicious person):
Police responded to this location regarding a possible prowler. The caller observed a male party walking near the residence before leaving for work. Police were unable to locate anyone.
6304 Brack Street (alarm):
Police responded with Fire to a fire alarm at this residence due to an unsecured window. East Ridge Fire was able to clear the alarm by accessing the window.
6501 Ringgold Road (intoxicated party):
Police were dispatched to BB&T bank regarding an intoxicated person walking on Mack Smith. The party was gone prior to police arrival.
6519 Ringgold Road (theft):
Police responded to the Mapco regarding a theft after a white female exited the store with a chicken sandwich without paying for it. Mapco wishes to prosecute upon identification.
4334 Ringgold Road (deceptive practice):
Police responded to Regions Bank and spoke with the bank investigator. He stated a customer named Barbara W. last used her card to purchase fuel at the East Ridge Speedway on 11/04 which was then followed by multiple unauthorized transactions on the account amounting to a loss of nearly $3,500. The bank investigator believes a scanner was used at the Speedway pump.

Night Shift
941 Spring Creek Rd. (assault):
Police were dispatched to this location (Park Ridge East Hospital), regarding a possible sexual assault. Upon arrival, police spoke with the reporting party concerning her uncle. At this time, the possible victim was sedated and unable to give a statement. Police advised the RP, the uncle would need to be awake and able to talk to us about what happen, to determine if and assault did occur.
