The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
Nov. 26 Day Shift
4145 Ringgold Road (Lomenacque Apartments-
Disorder- An anonymous caller reported a disorder at this location. Upon arrival police spoke to the extremely intoxicated occupant. He was advised to stay in his apartment until he sobered up.
721 Astor Lane- Harassment-
Complainant advised she was being harassed by her niece. Upon arrival it was found the two were engaging in a text war with one another. She was advised to stop texting her niece.
700 blk of Sweetbriar Avenue-
Improperly Parked Vehicle- Upon arrival police spoke to the vehicle owners and had them move from the no parking zone.
604 Bacon Trail #7 –
Alarm/Medical Alarm- Upon arrival officers discovered the alarm to be accidental.
1514 B Karwill Lane-
Apartment Fire- Police were dispatched with Fire on a turkey fire in the oven. Upon arrival the caller had managed to gain control of the blaze.
Cline Road @ Close Road-
Unknown Injury Crash- Police responded with Fire and EMS to find a crashed vehicle in a driveway near the intersection. Upon investigation it was found the crash happened yesterday and had already been reported.
1600 Prigmore Road-
Disorder- Police contacted Joshua Lee Lively while investigating a possible Disorder. Upon verifying his information, it was found he had a valid Probation Capias for Petition to Revoke for Domestic Assault (132036). Lively was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
4249 Covington Drive-
Alarm- Police responded and checked the residence. It appeared to be secure.
State Line Road @ Truman Avenue-
Check Hazard- The caller advised of a possible water main break in the area. Upon arrival the break was located across the state line in Georgia. The proper authorities were contacted.
1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)-
Civil- Complainant said she was staying at the Budgetel until yesterday, 11-25-19. The woman said she had gathered all her belongings but had forgotten a green cane that is used for physical therapy. She realized it was gone at about noon today and went to the management of the Budgetel to reclaim it. The motel management told the victim it had been collected by the housekeeper but had been bagged up and thrown away that morning. The woman searched through the dumpster but could not locate it. A member of the maintenance staff also searched for it but was unsuccessful.
4021 Patton Edwards Drive-
Suspicious People- The anonymous caller advised of two males and two females wandering the neighborhood. Upon police arrival no one was located.

Night Shift
1517 Tombras Ave / Warrant service:
Michael Garrick was served with two forfeiture capias warrants at East Ridge City Court.
4134 E Ridge Dr / Found Property:
Two purses belonging to Ashley Pedigo were found in the roadway. Officers were unable to make contact with Ashley. Purses were put into property and evidence.
508 Wando Drive/ Burglary in Progress:
Police responded to investigate a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, police spoke to RP in which it was determined that the RP’s former roommate contacted EPB to cut electrical services to the residence and what the RP heard was the Technician working. This was the officer’s third visit to the residence during shift.
712 Summit Ave Apt 18 / Burglary:
The resident stated he went to his basement today and noticed a floor jack, jack stands, and a leveler were missing. He stated last time he saw them was last week. No suspect information.
3608 Parham Dr / disorder:
The complainant called in stating his roommate would not go to sleep due to an argument. Police advised the two to stop arguing and go to sleep.
1301 Greens Lake Rd /Well-being check:
Police were called to this location in reference to the RP seeing a young child not in a carseat in a blue Ford sedan parked outside of the Famous Market. The parties were gone upon police arrival.
311 Rowe Rd / Suspicious vehicle:
Police observed an older model silver Saturn sedan located just down from this this location with two doors wide open. Police went to 311 Rowe and contacted a friend of the vehicle’s owner and he shut the doors. Police were unable to get a return on the vehicle via Tn tag or VIN.
707 S Germantown Rd / Disabled vehicle:
Police contacted a yellow pick-up truck with Alabama tag of (39D6848) at the Action Church parking-lot. The female driver advised that her car over heated and help was on the way to pick her up. Hours later police noticed the vehicle was still at that location with no one around it.
