There will be no criminal cases heard this Tuesday in East Ridge Municipal Court, officials said Friday.
According to Court Clerk Patricia Cassidy, officials from the Hamilton County District Attorney’s office and the Public Defender’s office are attending a conference and will be unavailable.
Cassidy said that traffic cases and “comebacks,” those who owe fines, will be heard beginning at 3 p.m. The regular docket will continue next week.
Municipal court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue.
