Oct. 14 Day Shift
3906 Maiden Drive-
Harassment/Warrant Service- Police were dispatched on a harassment call at this location. Upon arrival police spoke to the caller. She advised her son; Cody Hill was being mean and needed to go to jail. She further advised Hill was wanted through East Ridge. Police relocated to 1038 John Ross Road and found Hill sleeping. He was taken into custody on warrant numbers 134618 and 122938. Police responded a second time to 1038 John Ross Road regarding Cody Hill’s girlfriend. She was advised to leave by Hill’s family. She left the residence.
1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)-
Animal Call- The caller advised of a sick dog on the property. Animal control responded and took the dog.
McBrien Road @ Bennett Road-
Check Hazard- Police were dispatched to the area regarding a confused driver in a construction zone. The driver was unclear if the roadway was closed. There was a flag man on scene directing traffic.
5736 Ringgold Road (Blanca’s Appliance and Furniture)-
Criminal Littering- While on patrol police noticed a bike near the creek. Upon approaching the area police encountered Marcus Faulkner coming out from the woods around the creek. Faulkner escorted officers to his camp site where several piles of trash were discovered. One pile of trash was approximately five feet wide and five feet tall. He also had several bikes taken apart throughout the woods. Faulkner has been warned several times by officers to not camp in the woods and to pick up his trash which he has refused to do. Faulkner was arrested for aggravated criminal littering and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
Ringgold Road @ South Seminole Drive-
Pedestrian Struck- Officers responded to a bicyclist struck in the intersection. The bicyclist was found to have a severe compound fracture to his right ankle. He was transported to Erlanger.
800 Belvoir Avenue (Belvoir Christian Academy)-
Theft- Upon arrival police contacted the complainant. He advised two classrooms were entered on October 13th at approximately 1302 hours. After reviewing video, police observed four black male juveniles, wearing jackets, and dark colored pants. The juveniles entered classroom Pre-K 2b at approximately 1302 hours. While in this classroom it appears, they took a charcoal gray Google Home Mini. The juveniles then left that room and entered Pre-K 4b at approximately 1304 hours. While inside this classroom the males took a teal blue Bose Sound Link speaker. The juveniles are seen taking the items and putting them down the front of their pants. The complainant advised he has already contacted the individuals who rented the facility on Sunday. They advised they knew who the juveniles were and would identify them. The complainant said that it would most likely be tomorrow before a copy of the video could be made and the juveniles identified. Petitions will be sought upon positive identification of the juvenile suspects.

5300 Ringgold Rd. / Traffic –
Narcotics: Nicholas Guinn was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession following a traffic stop.
3206 Gleason Drive, Apt. A/Suspicious Activity:
Units sent for a black male in a gray van knocking on the door. Upon talking with the caller, she said the same vehicle was there before. A check with dispatch found it to be Key Bonding.
1500 Waterhouse Street/Check Well Being:
Dispatch advised that the caller saw young children playing in the street and wanted police to check on them. Police made contact with a parent who advised he would keep the children out of the street.
