September 26– Day Shift
3814 Altamira Dr:
Criminal Trespass – Police made contact with Ashley Day and Zane Gray at this residence after observing a white Chevy S-10 parked in the driveway. Officers had been advised by Crime Suppression that these parties had been issued criminal trespass warnings for the residence earlier in the week. They were subsequently taken into custody for criminal trespassing. Among their possessions were several syringes, various items of questionable nature and other drug paraphernalia. The syringes were disposed of and the remaining items were placed into property and evidence for disposal. The vehicle was towed by East Ridge Auto.

September 26 – Night Shift
941 Spring Creek Road / Intoxicated Party:
Police were called due to an employee being seemingly under the influence in the parking lot of the hospital. Police came into contact witha female subject who was heavily intoxicated. She refused any assistance from police and other hospital staff in getting a ride home. While on scene she stated that she was suicidal. Upon attempting to walk her into the emergency room so that she could speak to a doctor, she began thrashing around and swinging her elbows. She was then handcuffed and taken inside the ER, where she clawed at an officer’s arms. She was cleared by the ER doctor and transported to the jail.
6101 Ringgold Rd / Shooting:
Police responded to what was originally dispatched as a property call but it was quickly determined to have been a shooting. Combining the witness statement with cop link and portal police were able to determine a suspect and possible suspect location. Police were able to locate the suspect and his vehicle at 5700 Roper St. #O8. Police took Dvunte Davis into custody for aggravated assault following a road rage incident where he fired his pistol into another vehicle. Police also were able to recover the firearm involved.

September 27 – Day Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (harassment):
A woman came by the police department with her daughter who was recently involved in a fight at pioneer park to report that she and her daughters were being harassed. She was unable to show any proof of harassment, and remained friends with the suspect on social media. She was advised that cease all contact before filing a report.
941 Spring Creek Road (assault):
ER staff called police after a male party advised that he was assaulted by his child’s mother. Upon arrival, the party refused to talk to police.
4206 A Bennett Road (warrant service):
Michael Green was taken into custody for an active Aggravated Assault warrant out of Sessions.
Germantown Road on ramp (DUI arrest):
Maxey Harrell was arrested for DUI after crashing his vehicle on the on ramp. He was taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
6511 Slater Road (attempted theft):
An employee of East Town Antiques stated a white male with blonde hair wearing a maroon shirt and jeans along with another white male attempted to steal baseball cards from a showcase. He was unsuccessful and both parties fled westbound toward Cracker Barrel.

September 27– Night Shift
3800 Ringgold Rd (Crash with Injuries):
Police responded to a single motorcycle crash with injuries. On scene, police assisted EMS with an injured 47-year-old female who was riding the motorcycle. The individual was taken to Parkridge East for a medical treatment.
3600 Ida Belle Ln. (Suspicious Vehicle):
Tyler Chambers was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon after being dispatched to Ida Belle Ln and Germantown Rd for a suspicious vehicle. Tyler had a Ruger Security Six .357 Magnum under the driver seat of his vehicle.
4320 Bennett Rd (DUI):
Elijah Jones was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location. While at the Hamilton County Jail THP Sgt. Morton conducted a DRE evaluation on Jones and concluded Jones was under the influence of cannabis and CNS depressants.
707 Hardin Dr (Alarm):
Back door alarm activated at this address. Police located an open door and cleared the house. Homeowner responded to the scene and stated he thinks he forgot to shut the door all the way.

September 28 – Day Shift
700 Block Germantown Road (DUI):
Jeronimo Hernandez was traveling southbound on Germantown Road when he crossed the northbound lanes and knocked over a telephone pole with a head-on crash. He was arrested for DUI and taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
3837 Ringgold Road (disorder):
Police responded to Metro PCS after a newly terminated employee refused to leave. The female party left without incident as police arrived on scene.
3980 Ringgold Road (overdose):
Police were dispatched to an unconscious person at CVS. Upon arrival police located a man unconscious on the restroom floor. His face was blue, and he was agonal breathing. Pharmacy staff administered two doses of NARCAN approximately five minutes prior to police arrival. He was issued an additional dose from police and was able to regain consciousness. He was transported to Parkridge East by EMS.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (vandalism):
A woman left her car parked in Camp Jordan for four hours and returned to it to discover an unknown person had damaged the door handle and lock. The door will no longer unlock.
4214 Ringgold Road (found property):
A white male who refused to give his name brought an orange and white Mongoose Trailblazer 24 bicycle to the police department, because he was told it was stolen. A check through dispatch of the serial number did not show that it was stolen. The bicycle was placed into ERPD property and evidence.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (auto burglary):
A woman said his Dodge Caravan was forcibly entered after someone broke out a side window and stole her purse.

September 28 – Night Shift
Marlboro Ave / Covington Dr (Suspicious Activity):
Police responded to the report of a white, blonde-headed female walking down the road screaming. Reporting party also stated the female was carrying a green handbag. Police were unable to locate the female.
4300 Ringgold Road (Field Interview):
Police stopped a white male on bicycle for a light law violation. The male was identified as Johnathan W. who advised that he recently moved to the area from Rossville, GA. A warning citation was provided for the violation and a field interview was conducted.
1000 Bass Pro Dr (Alarm):
Erick Bradley kicked the patio door in at his child’s mother’s apartment after hearing her inside with her new boyfriend. Bradley then began to punch the victim in the head and stomach causing a large lump to appear on the left eye of the victim. Warrants for aggravated burglary and domestic assault are being sought.
403 McBrien Rd. (burglar alarm):
Physicians Care, police responded to this location regarding a front door motion detection alarm. Upon police arrival, building appeared secured. This business has had several alarms recently coming from the front door.
1421 Choate Rd. (Theft):
Police responded to this location regarding a theft. Jerald White stated as he was turning left on to Ringgold Road from Choate Road, his tailgate came open on his pickup truck and his tool bag fell out containing $4000 worth of tools. Mr. White stated he observed a white male who was driving a primer colored F150, stop and pick up his tool bag and drive off.
1512 Fruitland Ave. (possible fire):
Police responded with ER Fire Dept regarding a possible house fire. ER Fire Department determined it was the HVAC unit, no fire.
5006 Delaware Dr. (assist EMS):
Police responded to this location regarding an unconscious party. Upon arrival, the party was conscious. Pucket EMS transported patient to Erlanger Hospital.
1603 S. Seminole Dr. (extra patrol):
The owner of this residence called dispatch and requested her home be put on a watch list with extra patrols.
401 Lynncrest Dr. (distress alarm):
Police responded to a distress alarm at this location in the city of Ridgeside. Police made contact with the homeowner who stated, he accidentally hit the wrong button when setting his alarm.
6005 Wellworth Ave/Evading arrest/Criminal Impersonation:
Andrew Reel was arrested after a foot pursuit at this location. Following the arrest Mr. Reel gave police another person’s information. Mr. Reel had extraditable warrants out of Virginia and warrants out of Bledsoe County.

September 29 – Day Shift
6600 Ringgold Road (suicidal person):
A man was observed preparing to jump onto the interstate from the I-75 overpass. He was pulled back over the guardrail by a good Samaritan prior to police arrival. The man was then transported to the Hamilton County Jail on several county warrants where he was placed on special watch.

September 29 – Night Shift
3814 Altamira Drive (Suspicious Activity):
At 0157, police checked on the condemned residence and no one was found at the location. At 0248, police returned to the location and found a silver Mitsubishi parked in the drive. Police also observed lights and movement inside the home. Police approached the silver coupe and found Zachary Lemons inside the vehicle. Lemons was found to have an active warrant through East Ridge for theft and was transported to 601. Lemons was also issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for Criminal Trespass.
3814 Altamira Dr (Criminal Trespass):
Aaron Hedgepath and Miranda Howland were issued misdemeanor citations in leu of arrest after police observed the two exit the back door of the condemned house.
5600 Ringgold Road (Drug Para):
Sconda Teems was arrested after police located a loaded syringe of heroin in her purse during a consensual encounter.
3615 Missionaire Ave. (domestic assault):
Tyler Wright was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault against Lindsay Grider.
