The following information was compiled from East Ridge Police Department “pass along” reports.
September 11 Day Shift
4222 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity):
Police responded to the Speedway. The reporting party saw a shirtless male climb onto the roof utilizing a ladder on the side of the building. Police located the described party at 4202 Ringgold Rd. He identified himself as Jason, a known meth user. Jason stated that he was attempting to gain the attention of police by getting on the roof instead of walking next door to the police department. Jason was concerned about a possible meth lab in Catoosa County. Although paranoid, Jason was not under the influence of any narcotic. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way to the rescue in Chattanooga.
4135 E. Ridge Dr:
Police were dispatched to check on a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle was not located.
4 Brookwood Dr:
Police responded to the area to check on a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
3613 Weldon Dr:
The homeowner at this residence was issued a complaint card for a replacement trashcan.

Night Shift
1517 Tombras Av. (McBrien School):
The far left door to enter the building on the gym side was left open by pulling on it. Also a door where the motorcycles are kept, was left unlocked.
4410 Maryland Dr:
Susp- RP called in (30-minute delay) on a male in his 20s was pulling on the neighbor’s door handle. Stated he was looking for the neighbor’s daughter. He was gone upon arrival.
4335 Ringgold Rd:
Alarm- Rapid RX burglar alarm. Building all secure.
583 Wando Dr:
Susp- RP called in stating someone knocked on their door and it frightened their cat. The RP did not see anyone. Police searched the area but did not locate anyone.
Graston Ave/ Spring Creek Rd:
Evading- warrants were taken out for Ronald Kilgore for evading, driving on revoked and stop sign violation after he failed to stop for a traffic stop. He was driving a 2003 silver Yamaha motorcycle.
323 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Off Road Vehicle):
Police and park employees observed a 17-year-old male riding a dirt bike next to the walking trail. The juvenile was informed that he could not ride in the park and his parents were notified.
6843 Martha Ave (Fraud):
The resident was scammed by unknown parties stating they were with Publishers Clearing House. Mary transferred $3000 to a Bank of America account in the name of Linda Brown.
McBrien @Ringgold Rd (assist fire):
Police responded to this location regarding a fire on a utility pole. ERFD stayed on scene with EPB until fire was out.
Springvale @ Key West (suspicious Vehicle):
A white Chevy van was spotted sitting in the park area. Police checked van to see if it was stolen. There was trash all around the van. Police put an abandoned sticker on the van.
4332 Lazard St. (Assist EMS):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a female in a diabetic emergency. EMS and ERFD arrived and treated the patient.
4321 Esterbrook Dr/Arrest Warrant:
Isiah Pittman was arrested on an East Ridge Warrant (Disorderly Conduct/Forfeiture Capias).
3600 Ringgold Road/Arrest Warrant:
Marlise Harrison was arrested for Hamilton County Warrants (theft of services) following a traffic stop at this location.
3728 Fountain Ave/Found Property:
Brittney Rogers found a First Bank Debit card in the parking lot of the Stop-N-Go Food Mart. The First Bank card belonged to a Kathryn B. The Debit card was placed into property and evidence.
700 Germantown Cir/Traffic Stop/Arrest:
Travis Lee was arrested during a traffic stop when police located several car wash items that were stolen from R & B Car Wash.
