Police responded to a burglar alarm at Dept. One Three. It was found to be accidental by the opening employee.
1500 Keeble Street:
Marcus Faulkner was criminally trespassed from this location at the request of J. Patel.
1410 Mack Smith Road #2207:
Kanesha Cunningham was arrested for child neglect after leaving her two year old daughter alone in their hotel room for approximately 45 minutes.

Night Shift
916 Donaldson Dr, Apt 116 (Domestic Assault):
A woman stated that her boyfriend, Salvador Najera Delacruz, assaulted her in their home. The victim stated that Delacruz waved a kitchen knife at her, then slammed a door on her arm. Delacruz was arrested for aggravated domestic assault and taken to the Hamilton County Jail. Conditions were served.
3224 Navajo Dr (Alarm):
Police answered multiple burglar alarms calls at the Unitarian Church. Responsible party responded to the scene and resolved the issue with the alarm company.
4282 Spriggs St (Suspicious Activity):
The owner of the house called asking police to check his vacant apartment at this address. He had received information from a neighbor that a party that had recently been evicted may have gotten back inside. Police arrived on scene to find an open door and cleared the residence. There were no parties on scene and police secured the door. There were no signs of forced entry.
1001 Spring Creek Rd (DUI):
Jesus Baltazar-Juarez was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane after he drove off the roadway and got his 2001 Ford Mustang stuck on rocks that were covering the ditch.
I75 NB (crash):
Police were dispatched to I75 NB regarding an MVC. Upon arrival, both vehicles were GOA (gone on arrival).
5900 Ringgold Rd (crash):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding an MVC between a blue Toyota and a red sports car. Upon arrival the driver of the Toyota advised that she was in lane one when the red sports car who was in lane two cut her off to go down Sunnyfield Lane. The red car left the scene of the accident but left behind small parts of the car in the turn lane.
409 Meadowlark Trail (Disorder):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a disorder. Police contacted a woman who was bleeding from her nose and mouth. The woman stated that her boyfriend Leslie Ross (Jones) had punched her in the face about three times. EMS arrived and transported the victim to Erlanger Hospital. Police relocated to 358 Tanager Cir where Mr. Ross was coming out the front door of the residence. Police took Mr. Ross into custody for Domestic Assault and he was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. Conditions were served.
